Since I don't know how a good quality of powder is supposed to be, I'll say it wasn't unconsumable, i.e, impure or polluted. However the powder wasn't very fine and had very minute but crushable crystals here and there (maybe it's normal)Taste :After reading the reviews, you don't expect it to be a treat to tastebuds. Doesn't have a very strong taste but smell is strong. If I have to best describe it, it is foul and earthy, a little bit metallic and very peculiar, can't compare it with anything I had before in my life. As I said, not strong, weaker than table salt or pickle, but still you would trigger gag reflex and likely vomit if taken directly or underestimated it.Colour :Colour would add to disgust but trust me it has colour stronger than its smell. Don't let that discourage you ! Has a very very dark greenish colour no matter what you mix it with. As little as 2.5 gm can turn 125 gm of greek yoghurt to a medium green and litre of water to dark green colour !How to have it :You'll THANK me for this one !•The BEST and CHEAPEST way to have it is enclosing its powder in grated cucumber.Grate the cucumber, make a layer of it on spoon, put some powder on it and cover it with another layer. Swallow it with water !Otherwise, you can have it with --• Dal mixed with spinach or rice + cooked vegetables ( pickle alongside will make it less obvious )• Water ( has obvious taste tho )• Yoghurt ( gets overshadowed by cold temperature and tangyness)• Gelatin capsules ( not recommended considering its expense and don't ask your chemist for empty capsules. They will look at you like you do drugs or have bad intentions. Ask for a capsules and tablet for cold. It will have yellow and red grains. Empty it, refill with spirulina powder and have it. Also capsules are made of water-soluble gelatin so not advisable for vegans. )Value for money :I didn't buy capsules because I thought I would manage the taste and they provided very mall quanity in capsules. I had to spend more money per gram. Glad I bought powder !

This review is for the quality for the spirulina you will get with Parry's organics,100% pure and organic spirulina,Tested BLUE & Green algae both are present with highest nutritional form,Parry's spiulina is one of the best quality you can get in the market but it's a little expensive if we compareit would be great if they reduce the price tag for a little bit or introduce 1KG pack with a little fare price,About Spirulina, it is great try to take it with LASSI (Curd and water mixed) your body will absorb it much better that way instead of just poring into water.

The spirulina powder has small grey shining particles . I decided to remove them by placing the powder into a fine strainer to consume only the powder but when I magnified the size of both the particles and the remaining powder all was full of metal micro particles like lead or aluminium of silver colour When I put the particles in water to see if they are floating to remove them, the “spirulina “took a blackish colour and sticking It is required a professional physical and chemical analysis to determine the level of metal contamination etc and bring the case to the court Before writing this I tried to contact the company owner of the product two times by email but not any response/ replay

The spirulina powder is quite sticky and too green. It feels like artificial color although I can't say if this there is any issue with the purety because this was my first experience.Btw, The ziplock doesn't work and I have keep it refrigerated to avoid absorbing moisture.

This is one of the best quality spirulina powder in india. It is at par with few of the USA brands of spirulina that i have tried in the past. Also just to enlighten few of the friends complaining about color, let me inform u that spirulina itself is natural green color substitute. Thus ur product doesnt contain artifical color, its it natural property if powder is leaving green color strain on ur fingers or clothes. And about taste, u cant expect cholocate taste from a product made of green algae in water? Obviously taste will be like rotting algae :)Overall i give a big YES to it and will stick to it only going further (U cant get all ur supplies of Chlorela and Spirulina from US all the time)

Good product. I would have preferred tablets or pills, as it’s hard to mix and messy. May not go well with mixed juices or shakes, as it’s got a strong taste
