Used it once. I think I kept it on my clothes for almost 8 hours. Usual movements of hands and it stayed on place all the time. Though the climate was really hot, humid and cloudy. I felt really comfortable on the underarm area. I didn't walk or run much. But the climate was hot enough to make the underarm sweaty. Don't know how it would act when a lot of physical activity is involved. I could remove it easily(after 8 hours). Wore it on a cotton top and no residue was left, clothes were clean.
