Mattel Junior Scrabble Crossword Game for Kids Ages 5 and above

Good one for kids

The game was good. However there are two problems in thos product 1. There are no racks to keep the players alphabet tiles. 2. The side of the scrabble board with pictures and words does not have all the spellings of the words. Just a few random alphabets have been printed. This is different from the picture of the board shown on the packaging box. I think this makes the game quite difficult for small children aged 6-7 years who are still learning to spell. I think this game is ideal for children aged 8years and above only as advanced spellings skills are required for many words whose pictyres have been posted on game board e.g. trumpet, train, garden, cloud, etc However i must mention that quality of product is quite nice.

It's a perfect word game. Fun and educational. Purchased it for my nephew and we end up playing it for hours.

The product quality is good and makes kids to play around. The product design makes kid to play and keep interesting, even adults would love to play around

Good one for kids, i bought it for 5 year old but I think I need to wait for some time for him to enjoy the game..

value for money and junior scrabble is best for kids less than 7 years as it has pictures which makes it easier for kids to guess words easily, understand how the game is played easily and keeps them interested towards a game like this. regular scrabble is more suitable for kids of age more than 7 years who can come up with words on their own. going for regular scrabble directly for kids below 7 years might dissuade them from being interested in Scrabble

Ha sido para un regalo, el niño está encantado, pero las letras son para palabras en inglés y no lo usa mucho

A great family game! Loved scrabble as a child and even more as an adult!

As expected

A great game introducing a younger audience to Scrabble. The game by Mattel comes with the methods in which to play. The first is aimed at children aged 5-7 and links in words and pictures as a way of helping them improve spelling, and vocabulary. The 2nd game is closely linked with her adult version allowing them the chance to practice before moving on to the adults board. It is with a simplified scoring method that children are able to enjoy the game without it being overly difficult. The game is nog suitable for younger children due to the small parts which should be kept away from toddlers and babies for safety. My niece enjoys this game and as soon as her younger sister is old enough to play I have no doubt they will be able to have hours of fun on the days when they can't go out or maybe just don't want to.
