My wife and myself used to have muscle cramps specially at night in our foot arch and sometimes in our calf muscles. Then our family physicians suggested us to take magnesium supplement. We have tried various local brands magnesium supplement but it hardly made any difference. Finally about a year ago, we decided to try out Doctor's Best Magnesium supplement. Well, this supplement didn't disappoint at all. Both of us no longer have muscle cramps any more and are able to sleep peacefully for minimum of 8 hours at night. I must say that this supplement has definitely helped us in living our normal life again.

I have revised the review after my third order to a one* rating. The Dr’s Best medicine bottles typically have the expiry date on the bottom portion of the bottle, and I know as I regularly buy vitamin K2, lutein etc of this brand - this bottle had no date printed at that location, but was printed elsewhere at the side - at the time of opening the bottle I could not say for sure that it was fake so did not want to complain to Amazon about it as I was not 100% sure. Also for this item they have a no return policy. So I have opened the bottle now, and a couple of days later I find that these tablets in my pill box are smelling like stale sweat, and a touch moist as well , which has never happened before with the previous two orders. Therefore I am now pretty sure that this time I have been landed with a fake bottle - or else the quality is drastically compromised. So I have decided now that a) I’m not going to be buying this item again and will think 10 times before buying any more supplements from this brand. That’s going to be hard, as I have to look for another option. b) I’m going to make a note of the seller and ensure that I will not order from the same seller again. Did anyone else find a problem with these?? I can say with 100% confidence that the smaller pack of 120 tablets each that I received with my first order was really too good. The second time I was sent the 240 tablets pack as per the description. I think quality is superb - helps me sleep - that’s the first thing I noticed.

Used this product, along with mag citrate, mag liquid, and mag body spray... and together they got rid of my night time foot and calf cramps, as well as intermittent heart palpitations. You have to use many forms of magnesium to make sure you absorb it. As with any supplement, use it until you can change your diet, then get off the supplements (because supplements are NEVER whole food like in nature, no matter what the manufacturer says). These supplements are usually very expensive (in dollars these supplements are about half the price!)... but I only buy supplements that I knew from the U.S. so had to pay extra.

I’ve tried other products of this brand. This is the 1st time using this for magnesium. I’ll give more reviews later as it’s only 1 day since I’ve taken the tablet. So far so good.
