Worst ! Never buy grinder from Butterfly
Absolutely waste of money , the grinder became completely slow within a month. I have been chasing Butterfly customer care for the last 3 months. People from their call centre are picking up the phone but no resolution till now , they always say service person will come to home and check but no movement from there. The next time i call it will start fresh from there. Kindly do avoid this , i am stuck with no progress.

I read all comments in Amazon for all models and got scared. Whether to purchase or not since people claiming that they got damaged product n not working. But decided to buy. It was delivered in good condition and earlier than expected. It took little time to understand. 1. Dont put all at once. Pour slowly. 2. Dont add other than soaked daal. 3. switch off if got heated. 4. We have got nice batter. Especially for moong daal its best. 5. U will love once u start using it. 6. Worth for money. 7. Genuine feedback. Go ahead
