The RICHUANG 7ft Olympic Barbell (28mm, 45 lb) arrived well packaged and straight with no damage. The knurling is clean and evenly cut—grippy without being overly aggressive—making it comfortable for deadlifts, presses, and general strength training. The bar spins smoothly and feels well balanced at 45 lb. It fits standard Olympic plates perfectly and has held up well under regular use with no bending or sleeve issues. Finish looks clean and has resisted scratching so far. Overall, this is a solid, dependable Olympic bar at a very reasonable price point. Great option for a home gym or anyone looking for a reliable everyday barbell. Highly recommended.

I have this bar for more than a half a year already ,and the only thing that changed is my gains . A diferent approach to a workout ,especially related to power lifting is always a great ad on to routine . The bar itself is super comfortable to use especially with the non slippery grip . I love the combination of colors design

I would recommend this bar for any of the lifts. With the quality of the bearings in the ends, the weights rotate nicely and smoothly without throwing off your balance. Great value for the money.

I took it apart, so you don’t have to. Good quality construction. Feels good in the hand and collars spin nicely. It’s no Eleiko, but it’s a hands down upgrade over your avg starter CAP barbell. Knuring feels good, doesn’t tear up the hands. Color is true to listing and suits me. Packaging was excellent - hard corrugated tube inside an outer box. There are two beefy snap rings that hold the sleeves on. Behind these are an inside spacer and split keyway. The sleeves feature dual needle bearings, one on each end. There is also the brass bushing that is visible on the inside rim of the sleeve. Seems to be sufficient shmoo inside to keep things lubricated. The powder coating is kind of sloppily extended into the sleeve receiver area so it is flaking off into the needle bearing (zonk it one star for that) you can see in my picture. Overall I’m happy with this bar. I probably overpaid since this is just a rebranded mass produced bar. Nothing wrong with that but I would look for the cheapest one you can find as there is nothing proprietary about this particular bar. You won’t be disappointed. Look for a good deal and put it to work already.
