I bought the game to introduce my grandkids to fine art - in a way that might pique their curiosity and let them have fun too. It worked out just as I had hoped. Great purchase.

Great Art Classroom Activity but take out certain cards !
My art classroom students (especially 3rd grade) LOVE to play this famous painting memory game if they finish their project early. The paintings and artists are lovely and accurate. I removed 6-8 pairs of paintings that featured nudity since my set was going into an elementary art classroom. I feel like the value for what I paid was a bit low. I’d price this deck of cards at a value of $4-6. Maybe if it came in a sturdy case I’d be willing to pay more.

Poor are reproductions
The idea is great. Clever and fun way to teach about the famous anrt and painters. However, the pictures of the art are terrible. The reproductions are dark and dull and sends the message to kids that past art is dull and ugly. I will be returning this game.

Awesome Memory Game
This version of this game is very similar to the classic Memory game, but has a few advantages. They come packaged in a small box like a deck of playing cards, which makes them easy to tuck into a bag or pocket & take them along. Second, there are 50 pairs to match, 100 cards total!! Third, they are colorful & accurate representations of many famous works of art. They have info about the name, artist, date, etc and could even be used as flash cards. Last, they are printed on good card stock & should hold up well. These were a gift and the recipients had alot of fun sorting through them. I have no doubt they will enjoy the cards mo matter what they decide to do with them. Highly recommend!!

Not good value for money.
Cards are quite small and therefore some of the pics are hard to see details in. They are also fairly thin. For the cost of the product it is not good value for money.
