I’m a big fan of the Warrior brand and trust their supplements, so when I needed something to help with my bones and joints, I decided to try these Omega 3 Fish Oil tablets. I’d been recommended fish oil, and I’m so glad I went with these. The tablets are quite big, but they’re smooth and easy enough to swallow, I just take them with breakfast along with my vitamin D. I’ve been using them for a couple of weeks now and have already noticed a difference in how my joints feel, especially after workouts. They’re great value for money too, with a good amount of EPA and DHA per capsule, and I like that they support not just joints but also heart, brain, and skin health. The quality feels really reliable, just like all Warrior products I’ve tried. Overall, I’m really happy with these and will definitely be sticking with them as part of my daily routine.

Decent sized but quite large, easy to swallow for me however if your use to tiny tablet you may struggle. No over powering fishy smell. Deffo notice the difference when taking. And deffo notice the difference when not taking. My knees feel great when I’m in them. 24 and 60 year old knees is not where I wanted to be ahaha

Very reasonable for fish oils with decent profile. Warrior brand never really lets you down, I have on subscribe and save so I get them a little cheaper :)

Best quality I’ve ever had

Capsules are quite big but that doesn't make them any harder to take. Kept on subscription so I never run out.
