works fine. Note this is a software solution so even if your PC does not have DP ALT support, this still works. The display update is not quite fast enough for gaming, but its fine for spreadsheets or even watching a youtube video.

Worth the price
Great adapter! Just install the driver using the Quick Start Guide and you’re good to go. Works perfectly, totally worth the price. If you’re using a MacBook and want extra screens for work, I’d definitely recommend it.

Enables 2 screens on Mac air m2
This solved a problem I changed to a Mac Air M2 from a Pro M1 and needed to connect two external screens and this allowed me to resolve the usb c issue.

Funciona perfeitamente no Linux Zorin OS 18.1
Sou usuário de Linux (Zorin OS 18.1). Depois de uma pesquisa rápida em fóruns, consegui um procedimento para instalar o firmware do adaptador e usar as duas saídas hdmi. Fiz um passo a passo rápido e postei como foto. Se quiser mais detalhes, pesquise nos fóruns de linux que você encontra. Único detalhe é que as saídas extras não obedecem à programação de luz noturna (acho que deve existir algum aplicativo que faz essa funcionalidade, não procurei porque não estou usando essa função no momento). Recomendo a todos.

The product is good and works well. I had some issues, but I got a replacement quickly.
I have two MacBook Air M4s connected via a display link adapter, and one directly connected to the main screen. The screens intermittently hang and then readjust, causing issues with my workflow. Update: After opening a ticket, I received helpful assistance and a replacement. I’ve updated my rating to five stars because they’re actively working to resolve the issue and provide excellent customer service.
