Overall, I like the quality of the parchment paper. I have used this for baking as well as setting things like no bake oat bars, peanut butter bars etc and I am quite satisfied with the way it has worked. (For baking I sometimes like to oil and flour/ do some sort of appropriate tin-prep method even if I’m using parchment.)I didn’t have any issues with the paper burning. I bake breads frequently and line the bread tin with parchment. Most of my breads go into a preheated oven of 220 and bakes for ten minutes at least at 200, after which I generally lower the temperature to 180. The paper has held up pretty well.The cutter on the box works well.The only thing I don’t like is the logo running along the length of the paper. I prefer plain sheets or smaller logos.
