This seems to work well. my skin seems a little healthier. I like the 1000 mg. The size of the capsule is large, but the ingredients are healthy. No stearate!

Excellent vitamins. People you need to take vitamins to keep your body healthy. I was so lucky to to find these vitamins at a low cost. I just don't buy any vitamins, you need to read the ingredients. In all the other stores , their vitamins are sky high so I am thankful that I found these on Amazon and they are amazing.
