Packaging leaves much to be desired.
We are remodeling our powder room and had a Kate and Laurel wall cabinet in distressed white. Wanted an oval mirror and this one was a perfect match in terms of color, size and finish. Our main issue is it is so horribly packaged: I can’t believe how little styrofoam and protection their is for this mirror. The first one arrived with the mirror shattered; frame was ok. Ordered a replacement and the replacement arrived today with the box bedraggled and punctured: the second mirror arrived had both mirror and its frame damaged. So disappointed and frustrated. This mirror was perfect for our space but not willing to go through the hassle of ordering a third replacement
