Such baby dolls and diapers are required to Western cultures where it faces teenage pregnancy and related issues. Totally irrelevant for our culture. Our daughters will learn such stuff at right age.

Cute little diapers. Keeps the little ones busy changing their dolls poop and pee every minute 😂 made a boring doll fun to play with! It looses the stickiness after a while but just put a double sided tape on it and it works fine again!
