Bought this for Christmas, ordered it a few weeks ago, unfortunately, when it was shipped, it was supposed to be 5 boxes, but only 2 boxes made it. I called the transport company, they said it was not on the semi, I called JumpSport and talked to April. She was outstanding. She checked with the warehouse, their records show it was on the semi, however she went ahead and resent the 3 boxes needed the next day. She was more concerned than I was about it arriving before Christmas, she called the next day to let me know the update. The boxes arrived before Christmas. Just finished assembling it, still have to put the mat and safety net. So far so good. No issues, extremely sturdy. Great instruction. Weighs nearly 650 lbs. The bounce is incredible, does not even compare to standard trampolines. I has more bounce than I will ever use. Really like the rectangular design. Can't say enough about how friendly and easy to contact April of Jumpsport is. The trampoline is expensive, but you get what you pay for. Quality products are hard to find, and quality people ever harder. Jumpsport Alleyoop power bounce is the way to go. Thanks again April.

Awesome tramp just didn't come with a tramp ladder. Really don't want to pay extra for one but kinda need it for our gym with lots of kids on and off all day

Very sturdy, very bouncy, and very safe. Arrived in 5 different boxes through a carrier. Do buy the ladder in "frequently bought together". Unless installing in the ground you will need a ladder. Arrived via carrier on a pallet. Some of the 5 boxes are big and/or heavy. Sturdy packaging and parts. It took me and a friend 3 hours to put together. Soon after I had 7 kids ages 3-9 jumping on it all together having tons of fun. Instructions are straight forward and it's mostly a screw-less installation except for the 16 bolts and nuts holding the 8 vertical net poles. Everything fit great. The trickiest part is getting the net nice and tight. Could have avoided doing it twice if I put 5 min in reading that part of the instructions carefully. Bounces much more than any house trampoline I have been on. Awesome trampoline - worth it.

The material is not the best. Trampoline almost flew away when winds were not even near to be high. We have own another trampoline and we never had any issues even when winds were extremely high. Vendor did respond and sent me one of the parts that got damaged, but I don't recommend this product. You can tell the metal is cheap!!!

The product is solid. The only problem was that the directions were not very clear and it seemed as if they left a few key concepts out. However, it was somewhat easy to figure it out. Also I recommend applying the powerbounce springs on after the mat is broken in to reduce the stiffness which may cause pain and/or soreness in the back and neck area.

We bought this trampoline 8 years ago and my husband and I talk often about how this was one of the best investments we ever made. We have only had to replace the net and just recently having to replace some springs. Our neighbors and kids friends always go straight to our trampoline and we use it almost everyday. It allows multiple kids on it at once and safely. My girls started tumbling on it now and it is perfect for this too. Cannot recommend this trampoline enough. Worth every penny. We have friends who bought cheaper ones and they don’t use them or have to replace them within in a year.

all i have heard since putting this thing up from my son and his friends is "this is the best thing ever!" "OMG!" "this is a dream come true!" pretty cool endorsements if you ask me. Pricey, oh hell yes, but this thing is built like a tank. and compared to the one we had before much higher bounce by far! Dad hit one out of the park with this purchase. Finally!!

Great quality trampoline. It is WAY more bouncy than rounds! Very sturdy construction. Kids love it. I generally have 5+ boys on it ranging in age from 11 - 14. It and net have held up very well.
