Great Energy boost and nice flavor
This pre-workout works really well and gives a noticeable energy boost. It helps improve focus and performance during workouts, and you can usually feel it kick in after about 20–30 minutes. The tingling sensation lets you know it’s working, and it helps keep you alert and energized during training. The Hawaiian Punch flavor tastes good compared to other flavors I’ve tried, and it mixes easily with water without clumping.

Good flavor and mixes well with water. Gives a nice energy boost before workouts without feeling too strong. I’ve been enjoying it so far

Tastes great and gets the job done
I'm really picky about tastes and rarely enjoy any type of pre workout, but this C4 blew me away. It tastes just like Hawaiian Punch. I regularly drink caffeine so 100mg isn't enough, and the 400mg makes me feel terrible. This gives the perfect amount of energy to get a workout going.

Good taste, easy mix
Big fan of the C4 powder and this one does not disappoint. It mixes easily and the taste is good. The pickup is adequate without giving you jitters. Size is perfect.

Fantastic taste
Taste exactly like Hawaiian Punch. I use this at work because my work is pretty physical. It gives me a lot of energy and focus for the entire morning.

Container less than half full
Pros: product did as described it helped wake me up I had a great workout and the taste was good. Cons: the container was less than half full when I took the seal off. Which is why I gave 3 stars Almost feel like I was cheated I posted a video to show proof.

Solid Pre Workout
Good pre workout, overall not too intense. Really good sustained energy and focus. The beta alanine itchiness is fairly mild compared to some other pre workouts that I have tried (which I prefer). The flavor is not too overpowering and it mixed up great.
