Information on the bottle is in German & no dosage instructions, tried translating from my schoolgirl German but not much relevant information. I almost sent it back but decided to research the colloidal magnesium and found that although it has some benefits it's not as well absorbed as some other types of magnesium. There is an expensive brand called remag but appears to only be available in the USA therefore I will continue this bottle (only taking 5ml per day because of poor information) then return to my normal brand of floradix. Only time will tell if I have the beneficial effect for my muscle aches but I won't be buying a second bottle!

I bought this product because it is ionic collodion magnesium, which means the magnesium is ‘broken’ down to nano (very small) parts which the body can better absorb, high bioavailability as such. What most average people Including me, don’t know is what PPM means. 50 PPM : 50 parts per million, meaning 50 mg per liter. People with magnesium deficiency and who have 1 ore more symptoms are recommended to take 600 Mg sometimes even 800 mg per day by dr Dean the author of «The magnesium miracle». That Means you have to drink 16 Liter of This produkt per day....... get my drift. To even get 250 magnesium you need to drink 4,5 liters. Check out the picture I posted. The other bottle from Good State has 40 000 PPM , 40 000 mg magnesium per liter. To get 600 mg magnesium from this product you would have to drink only 15 ml. So if you want to pay 15£ for som nice magnesium enhanced water to rinse your face, be my guest. But don’t buy it as a supplement........

I do not know how to use this product as it arrived in German. I was under the impression that you drank a small amount each day, as it is colloidal mineral. If there are instructions , I can no way understand them. Can any one help please. kind regards

Mein MIM Pferd hat immer Probleme mit der Muskulatur und hat seinen Fokus stets im Aussen. Training schwierig.Das kolloidale Magnesium hilft ihm aufs Training fokussiert zu sein.Die Flasche ist bei einer Dosis von 10 ml ca 45 min vorm Training sehr ergiebig.

Wird getrunken bzw gebe es über das Futter. Bisher habe ich noch keinen Riesen Unterschied merken können.

Lieferung kamm schnell an und das Produkt ist angenehm zum einnehmen, da geschmacksneutral. Wirkung zeigt sich noch, da erster Beginn mit Magnesium einnahme. Soll gegen Müdigkeit hilfreich sein.

Mit kolloiden kannte ich mich schon aus. Bisher habe ich kolloidales Silber bei Erkältungen oder Grippe eingenommen. Das Magnesium soll laut Erfahrungen durch die kleinsten Teilen besser aufgenommen und verwertet werden wie zum Beispiel größere Moleküle in Magnesiumcitraten oder Magnesiumoxiden. Da ich das Mg noch nicht sooo lang nehme, kann ich bezüglich der dauerhaften Wirksamkeit noch keine Aussage machen. Es schmeckt etwas bitter und ist auch trüb her vom Wasser. Ich nehme immer nach dem Sport etwa ein Schnapsglas voll. Bauchschmerzen oder vermehrt Durchfall, so wie man es von anderen Magnesiumarten her kennt hatte ich nicht.
