The flavor is smooth and layered, with notes of dark chocolate and brioche that really come through in every sip. It feels like a coffee you would expect to enjoy in a café in Milan—elegant, slightly bold, and refined. The aroma alone makes it worth brewing, and the taste lives up to the promise. One thing to note is that the grind is very fine, which caused my super-automatic coffee machine to brew much more slowly than usual.
