I was skeptical to try this as it's made in China (I can't find any other brands of this kind of wrinkle patches not made in China though). I checked all the ingredients and they looked quite comprehensive and generally safe and good for skin. I have been using it for one week now, it works wonder!The first morning I woke up, my forehead looked firmer and brighter, fine lines were mostly gone. After a few hours, my expression lines on the forehead came back a bit but not as deep as before. I found the effect getting more long lasting as you use it constantly. Starting the 4th day, I found my forehead wrinkles/expression lines didn't come back much even in the evening.Sometimes I frown while sleeping due to stress, I felt the forehead muscle could not relax at all but with this kind of patches, it was like stopping me from frowning so I guess it taped to train or smoothen my forehead muscle to be more relax too. I haven't stopped for a day or two to see if the wrinkles or expression lines come back, will give further update if it does.I have super sensitive skin, but I have no problem with this so far even it contains retinol (not sure how many percent though). I confirmed with the manufacturer that Niacinamic Acid is another name of Niacinamide which I couldn’t find on google before.

I used this for the first time and felt a little lightheaded and weird. The next day I checked the other reviews and saw someone else had the same problem. I would not recommend using these!!

First use my heartbeat after four hours was atrial fibrillation and scared me. I had diarrhea all night and morning. I took off after four hours and finally heartbeat was normal. Please see earnings of high dose niacinimic acid. Very dangerous
