I was skeptical about something like this, but no longer! I believe I have been on it for about nine months and I can tell you they really work. For me it started being quite effective within the first month.At one point I was getting inconsistent about taking them and immediately started having hot flashes again. My doctor told me that he had some patients that got good results with Relizen, and told me to check it out. I had been on EVERY other medication and got NO relief from severe hot flashes. I read the reviews which led me to believe I needed to take it for 3 months to really see a difference. I ordered a three month supply, but at the end of the three months I was still having bad hot flashes - so I did not reorder and stopped. Then I went from having bad hot flashes to HORRIBLE hot flashes. Evidently the Relizen was helping. In short, my hot flashes did not stop, but with Relizen they are not as bad. Yes, I ordered three more months supply. I would give it 5 stars instead of 4 if the hot flashes went away.
