Handy Weather Radio & More.
Nice quality multipurpose weather radio that's great for emergencies, storm season or outdoor activities. First thing I noticed is the color I received is a darker green that what appears in the photos. Photos look like a brighter teal-ish green & what I have is more emerald. Not that it matters to me, but worth noting. I got to use this for the first time yesterday while we were having severe weather. Did come in handy for monitoring weather alerts while the power & internet were out. Small enough to carry around with you or toss in a bag. Has small battery % indicator lights on front, so you're always aware of battery life. Can be charged with the included type C - USB cable, solar panel on top or with the hand crank. Includes flashlight with 3 settings for low, medium & high. Although medium & high look nearly identical. Holding the light button for 2 seconds will activate siren & SOS flashing. Can use this as portable charger for your devices. Appreciate that flap over the USB ports are labeled as IN/OUT. So often ports on power banks look identical & aren't labeled. I'll plug in expecting to charge a device & come back to find it drained because I plugged into the wrong port 🤦♀️. The radio channels can be tuned & volume increased/decreased with dials on front. Sound is clear & max volume very loud. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the plastic cover over the solar panel has what appears to be some type film or residue on the inside. I removed the thin protective sheet & tried cleaning what I thought was leftover adhesive, but it's on the reverse side of the plastic & wouldn't have access to unless I tore it apart. Otherwise it's worked as it should. Size is perfect for storing in a kitchen drawer when it isn't needed. Nice to have since we live in an area that often experiences severe weather & 🌪.

Everyone should have one of these tucked away
This is a really great tool to keep tucked away in a closet in the event you should ever need it, you got one ready ! I have needed to use this more than a few times now. It's become a staple when we camp hike or do anything outdoor adventure type of activities. Decent radio, but the hand crank option is the ultimate. Never a need to plug it in or put batteries into it. Crank and you have power.

Nice emergency radio
I like this radio. We lost power due to an ice storm, and this came in handy. We were only out of power for about 8 hours, but there were people without power for six days! This came in handy to listen to the radio and to watch my sons crank for all they are worth to keep their phones charged. I do like this has FM as well as AM and the NOAA band. My old one only had AM and NOAA. Hope I don't need it for a good long time, but it's nice to know I have it, in case I ever do need it in the future.

Decent, compact, no-frills emergency radio
There is nothing fancy about this radio. But if you are looking for a no-frills emergency radio, this may be just what you are looking for.The first thing that caught my attention was how small it is. In the current world of "everything is better if it's bigger", this caught me by surprised. However, it really does make sense, especially if you want to pack this in a bag for emergency situations. The tuner on this is a very basic one that reminded me of the old Radio Shack radio kits you could build where you wound a bunch of copper wire around a cardboard tube. Nonetheless, this radio pulled in stations in all three bands. I appreciate that there is even a green indicator to let you know when you have a station in tune. In addition to the "tune" indicator, it also has blue indicators for the four levels of power in the battery (25%, 50%, 75%, and 100%), as well as a charging indicator when you plug it in to charge. The knobs are a little difficult to turn, but again, this is a very basic radio meant for emergencies. As far as sound quality, it doesn't exist. But again, this is for emergencies; not for mimicking a concert! The volume is plenty loud, though. The button on top (in front of the solar charging panel) switches the led light through the three power levels. I could not really discern much difference between the power levels (photos attached from lowest to highest). If you hold that button down for three seconds, it activates the flashing led and a rather loud and obnoxious siren from the speaker. The hand crank flips out when you need to rely on manual charging and is easy to turn. I cannot verify how well it works at this time, but I can definitely feel that it is turning the dynamo(?) inside to generate power to recharge the battery.I chose this specific model due to its proclaimed 5000mAh battery. It should last quite a long time with that amount of charge. All in all, I would suggest that this is a good unit to keep around for emergencies.
