I like the ingredients and dosage
I doctor asked that I take a 10,000 IU D3 and 500mcg K2 to help improve bone loss. While this is only 5,000 IU D3 it's as close as I can get in a product that doesn't have a bunch of fillers and crap included. I can easily add 5,000 IU D3 with a tiny capsule.These capsules are tiny and you only need ONE and I love that! Super easy to take.I do find it odd that the bottle is so large and only 1/3 full - due to the tiny capsules. Would be nice if they had options to purchase more per bottle, like 120 or more, (I'd say a larger size, but a bigger bottle isn't needed).I have no issues with these. I tried another brand with had the dose I wanted but, wow it gave me such bad gas (also included vitamin A, which has never given me issues). So I tossed that brand and went with this one. A winner so far.

Good vitamin D supplement
I've tried a few different brands of vitamin D and this one seems to work the best for me. I mainly take it to avoid being deficient rather than for any benefits, but I do notice an overall improvement to my energy levels and sense of wellbeing when I take these. Quality brand, clean ingredients.
