The media could not be loaded.  This mop cleans excellently well.Let me directly get to the 4 main points to note -1. The floor needs to be swept well or dry vaccumed prior to mopping. I vaccum my floor daily and then use this mop. So the outcome is Fantastic.Pls do not expect the mop to collect big pieces of dirt while mopping. It is supposed to Only WIPE, and it does that beautifully.2. I read some complaints regarding leakage. Thankfully, I haven't faced any such issues, and I think I know the reason.Make sure that the mop doesn't keep falling on the floor, due to careless handling. I'm saying this because - Repeated impacts will surely damage the mop and the water bottle, in the long run.3. After using the mop, I diligently remove the water bottle (which is in an inverted position, when attached to the mop) and set it Upright, in a safe place.I also hang the mop, so that it doesn't fall.4. The reason I chose this mop over electric mops is because I wanted to reduce my dependance on electricity.The cordless stick vacuum cleaner that I'm using is great, but it needs to be charged for approximately 3 hours. The last thing I wanted to do is to get another electrical cleaning appliance which would also need to be charged for 3-4 hours.Ps - I have 3 dogs and have to deal with piles of fur. So, if I'm saying the mop works well, I truly mean it 😊Happy mopping.

Recently purchased through Amazon. Used around 4 times. Sofar no issue. From the spray hole, fine mist comes out and with 3 to 4 four bottle fills, i could mop my 3bhk flat. No water marks on the floor. Only problem is it is not possible to mop below the cots, almirahs. Anyhow it serves my purpose for basic mopping to remove sticky stuff after completing detailed vacuum cleaning.

It worked fantastic for 3-4 months but them the part joining main rod with the mop broke..and not getting fixed at all so now of no use.

Trying to find a way to contact the seller without having to write a public review but no success .The mop was excellent, until the bottle snapped off. Then , the 2nd one, the hole from where the water comes out was non existent, so i had to make one myself. Unbeknown to me, the maid just carried on using mop 1 with the new bottle without telling me. Now, within a week of using it, the trigger has gone. Also , the handle rusts really fast. Such a shame as it's a brilliant idea . Just badly executed. I hope the seller offers me a new, properly working one. Thank You.
