Ottimo gusto, quasi come un caffè in moka
Io lo bevo in sostituzione del caffè normale in tazzina quando non ho tempo di prepararlo o quando Ho già bevuto troppi espressi. Non amando il caffè americano, scelgo una tazzina da caffè media, metto un cucchiaino e mezzo pieno (cucchiaino grande) sul fondo, riempio la tazzina di acqua calda e metto un cucchiaino di zucchero. Il sapore così é ottimo ed é come bere un espresso. Ovviamente essendoci acqua calda la consistenza non è densa e cremosa come il caffè della macchinetta, ma è una valida alternativa alla moka.
