Excellent product i love them my clients at work have them and ive always said need to invest in one and they are brilliant come with 2 pads nice size tank to fill up and you can machine wash the pads i use flash floor cleaner and cold water works great nice shiny floors

Have glued down the button which removes the pole because it kept popping out. Other than that, its really good. Made cleaning floors so much easier and quicker. Easy to store because the floor bit flicks up. Would reccomend, especially for the price.

it's actually really good, sticks easy... the pads have a good scrub like effect.

Any pressure applied while cleaning disconects the locking mechanism in the pole which is very annoying while cleaning

I love this mop, I recently realised I shouldn't be steam mopping my bamboo floors so bought this. The cloths stick firmly to the mop, I can use wood cleaner for my wooden floors and other for my tiles (I like to use Method products). I used to steam mop my tiled kitchen & conservatory but the cloth constantly came off - so have switched to using this mop for those too. I love it, I love that there are 3 cloths provided, very easy to put together. My floors are now cleaned much more regularly as it's so easy to use.

This mop is very good for the price that I paid. The spray is a lot better than my last mop like this. Overall I am pleased with my purchase
