Product is good in quality but seller can give 1 gift for customer with the expensive cooker.
Item was very good in quality. But i have one complain also from seller _can give 2 separator or 1 idli maker or appe maker with this. expensive cooker for customer. These items are not much expensive than cooker.

Not convenient to use
Hawkins is an old company, but sad to say that they haven't evolve with time. I ordered 14 lts cooker and imagine the base was the same as of 5 ltrs, but they made it hugely tall. It is difficult to put it on stove and then to even look in to it. They should bring cookers with wide base, handi types, etc
