I am satisfied with the quality of the product and no qualms at all.It definitely is not a replacement of non-stick cookware as I had veguely thought. However, I wanted to do away with the risk of using non-stick cookware and hence moved onto this. Given a choice, I recommend using steel vessel over hard anodised.You have to cook at the lowest flame as a mandate and ensure that the vessel is oiled enough so that the food doesnt stick. If you cook at high flame the food gets stuck to the vessel and its a daunting task to scrub it off. However, not as daunting as cleaning up a steel vessel.I would recommend this vessel over usual steel utensils only if you want to save gas. Food cooks slightly faster and more uniformly than steel utensils. Otherwise I don't see a strong reason to purchase this vessel.

Best quality product by Hawkins. It's easy to clean, sturdy and durable. Looks very premium. Though it's not a nonstick item, food doesn't stick to the pan and metal ladles can be used with it which is a great advantage of this product. It also comes with a stainless steel lid. Hawkins also provides a 5year guaranty on its products, but the buyer have to register the product within 15 days of purchase in the company's website with the guaranty card number provided with the product. More over I love this product and recommend to buy.

I liked the frying pan very much but it was a little costly. But you can go for it as it will be new ,longer than any other kind of pans.

Food does tend to get burnt and stick to pan.Its hard anodized but not thick enough.Same problem with 2 other futura items i bought.Not buying any more.

The good :- The Product is very solid built , nice finish , the depth could have been better .The bad:-But the most important factor that makes this product utter waste of money is That food sticks and its sticks really bad .I mostly cook eggs , I have tried all kind of tips from online and within the document they provide . I have tried less amount of oil , high amount of oil, high temp , low temp , everything basically all combination of temp and oil and the food just sticks real bad ,I have also tried proper seasoning of vessel with oil still it sucks . I dont know if the quality of anodization process is bad or all anodized product is bad , i doubt its the former .When food stick u cant try to use force and scrap off the residue like u can in any other steel or aluminium as it will damage the product so u have no options other than to wash it and try again . Just in case u have batches of dosa ,uttapam or parantha then forget about it you just cant make one and wash it and make another .I have been trying to use this product for last 4 months seeing all possible resource on how to cook properly on anodized pan . but I give up now , Its an utter waste of money. I was fooled by people giving positive review.Its better u spend money on a non stick pan , as if u look at it the amount of care u require is almost equivalent , But non stick works as it should.

Hard Anodised Fry Pan are the best for daily use. We are using it for our daily cooking.

Considering the price, the pan is quite small.
