REACHER Sound Machine Sunrise Alarm Clock with Night Light for Bedrooms

I LOVE this sunrise alarm clock. I’ve used it for a week now and have woken up about halfway through the “sunrise” each morning, before the actual alarm sound goes off. I am not a morning person, but this has changed the game! The size is great, it’s incredibly easy to use, and it looks good on my bedside table. It offers tons of different noises for sleeping and for waking up. I personally love the bird noises! I also love that you can adjust the brightness of the time display. It’s definitely not the sturdiest thing in the world, but it seems like it will hold up!

I got this alarm clock because my iPhone alarm kept deciding to not go off when I had early morning classes. This clock has been a total lifesaver and has helped my overall quality of sleep! There’s a lot of color options and you can easily adjust the brightness depending on the vibe you want. There are over a dozen sound options too! I use the brown noise before bed every night and it is amazing to take on trips if you need pink, white, or brown noise to sleep. You can adjust the volume to your liking so every aspect isn’t too much or too little. The clock display brightness can be individually adjusted as well so you don’t have to settle for the clock being too bright and the color being too dim. If you don’t want the light or sound on for the entire night, there’s a timer that goes up to 180 minutes so it can turn off automatically without touching your alarm! The sunrise aspect is awesome! The alarm sounds are not overstimulating or loud, but just enough to wake you up. The brightness does get pretty bright by the time your alarm goes off, but you can adjust the length of time you want the sunrise to start before your alarm. I have mine set to begin 15 minutes before my alarm, so it gets brighter quicker. If you had it begin 30-45 minutes before your alarm, it’ll take longer for it to rise. It’s a wonderful way to wake up in the morning and I highly suggest getting this clock if you wanted a cheaper alternative to the Hatch alarm clock!

I really like this alarm clock-especially for the money! I had originally looked at the original daylight alarm clock type brands but just couldn’t justify spending the price. So a few months ago I took the plunge to try this one. I actually purchased several to contrast and compare but once I tried this one I liked it so much I didn’t bother with the others and sent them back. Full Disclosure: I HATE being woken up by a startling sound and I also DESPISE daylight savings time, but I digress.😜 In my effort to try to get back to a semblance of the wake up with the sun routine, my test started. The first thing I noticed is that this thing is easy to set without instructions. It was surprisingly intuitive and I am pretty opinionated about my frustrations with such things on a regular basis! How my particular alarm works with a half hour sunlight routine: If my alarm is set for 7:30am for example, at 7am the clock will start the process of gradually putting out more light… a very mild glow that grows slowly over the next half hour. At the 7:15 stage it seems to speed up the process of gradually glowing more imbut again nothing startling, just an ever so slightly brighter warm glow. It never makes you jump or startle. I’ve never once gotten that feeling of someone coming in and turning on all the lights. At the actual alarm time, if you have chosen music to add, it starts. Eight options including birds chirping and roosters crowing are available options from which to choose. Surprisingly I chose birds chirping and like it very much although on those first few mornings when I was already at the other end of the house when the birds started chirping it was a tad puzzling. Mine is set on a 30 minute increase and you are able to adjust the light coming on from as little as 5 minutes to a full 60 minutes. I just chose 30 minutes as it made sense to me as a place to start. I was concerned this wouldn’t be harsh enough to wake me so set back up alarms across the room at first but have never had to use them. I wake up happier-not startled or grumpy-and it truly does feel more natural even though it remains pitch dark outside. Last but not least not spending the price of the original version of this names me VERY happy. Highlight recommend.

This is a great alternative to the expensive ones, it gets done just what i need it to! Love the different lighting, and the sunrise wakeup is perfect. It has adjustability of just about everything (volume of alarms/music, brightness of time display, brightness of light and of the “sun”, etc). Also in general is just cute and simple. The only thing that surprised me were the actual alarm options, the sounds are quite strange. It includes chirping birds, a rooster, and things that sound more calming/lullaby-ish. I don’t love the alarm sounds, so i tend to use it for the sunrise, regular light, and as white noise for sleeping (they have a TON of options for that). Also has a timer feature which is super convenient for nighttime.

I’ve told many new moms to be that this is way better than the hatch in my opinion. We had the hatch for our daughter, but I had a few issues with it. With the Hatch, despite putting the clock on the dimmest setting it was still too bright and I wanted the sound a little higher than the hatch since we lived in an apartment and had a noisy upstairs neighbor. This one gets REALLY loud if you want it too, has many more sounds to choose from, and the dimming function for the light and clock are WAY better and easier to use. We like this so much that we bought a second one when we had our second for his room and to use while he is next to us for night feeds.

This. Is. My. Holy. Grail. I absolutely love this product. It is exactly what I was looking for. I absolutely love how the sound machine has a timer so it automatically turns off. it is a perfect alarm clock, night light, sound machine, literally everything in one. I use this every single night and I can’t sleep without it now. I keep it connected all day and all night and it has given me no issues.

Okay I know this is meant for babies, but I got it for myself and I love it! You can change how long your sunrise is and it has different preset sounds, but I like the birds. It's really easy to set the alarm and change the time if you need to. I also really like the glow of the light so I use it at night for reading.The light also have a lot of color options so if you need a soft night light of any color this would work great. You can also change the brightness of the clock so it doesn't bother you at night and change the glow of the light so you can make sure you wake up in the morning. I was worried about it not waking me up with the bird sounds and the sunrise but it has never failed (and I'm a hard sleeper). You can change the volume to make sure it will be loud enough. I know iPhone has been failing people with their alarms and I didn't want to be on my phone first thing in the morning so this is a perfect fit.

Love it and have had it for a long time. Lighting is great for evening when sitting in room whining down or for nightlight purposes. Love that it has adjustable brightness for clock digits and the different color lights. About 10 or so alarm sounds and they serve their purpose but make sure you turn it down a bit before going to sleep because it will get louder when alarm sounds. Nice aesthetic. Only one downside is the color of the numbers fades/turns white after a while.

My wife has issues falling asleep and this has helped her get to sleep quickly.

Estoy feliz con la compra!! A mi me cuesta mucho trabajo despertarme en las mañanas y este despertador me ha ayudado mucho. Tiene varias opciones de sonidos para dormir y para despertar, y tiene muy buen nivel de volumen. La luz del display la puedes modificar para que en la noche no se vea casi nada. El sonido en la mañana empieza suavemente al igual que la luz y se queda sonando aprox. una hora si no lo apagas. Los sonidos para la noche tienen un timer que puedes poner desde 15min hasta más de 2 horas. Tiene una pequeña memoria que recuerda la configuración si lo desconectas o se va la luz.

I LOVE this alarm clock/ sound machine. Much more affordable than other options out there and does everything it needs to do in my opinion. I don't use the sound machine often but it has many options. The various light colors are great for different situations and moods, and the variance between the brightest setting and lowest setting is significant. I particularly love that the clock can dim too so I'm not staring at the time all night. Plus, it's light weight, so I've even brought it on two work trips recently.

Really like this alarm clock. It’s easy to set up and operate. I don’t use the white noise options, but I love being woken by the sound of birds and a little light as I need to be up before sunrise everyday. It does the job and is reasonably price. Only downfall is, I wish it had a second alarm. That would be really handy on the weekends. My previous alarm clock had this function and now I don’t have it, I realise how much I actually used it.

I enjoy this clock very much. Despite the fact that I use an eye shield to sleep, I still wake up feeling relaxed with the sunlight and humming birds.
