**Q: Why is you tube sound not playing through the speaker?**
A: What phone are you using. Mine works fine. I’m just having quality control issues with mine. The fabric is fraying. I’m going to exchange it for another one.

A: I have two bought at different times and have not had any issues at all. Is the clipping all the time or only when playing loud? Try a different device and different source for your music. I have been using Tidal without any issues and the high res files sound great.

A: Did you charge it before using. The Directions tell you to do so. you will see four lights together when fully charged, If It doesn't change send it back

**Q: How is this compared to Ultimate Ears WonderBoom 3 WRT balanced neutral sound quality?**
A: I don't know about your speakers, but the sound quality is A1. I have a flat speakers to go in my studio and they are flat. The frequency is on paper. However the bass is not very good. They lack bass.
