A Good step-up choice for consumer-friendly sound
For context and comparisons read my Beyerdynamic Byron review. Pros - Great build quality of cables as well as driver housing (after 9 months of rough use) - Easy to drive from any source - Mostly forgiving of bad quality files (low bitrate mp3s) - Consumer-friendly, warm, v-shaped sound signature without being bloated - Good soundstage and instrument separation for the money @ ₹1399) - bass punch is decent (not stupidly overdone) as is the treble extension and separation of upper frequencies. Cons - true to its v-shaped character vocals are recessed/diffused and also lack body/heft. Timbre of voices isn't great. Byrons are MUCH better in this aspect - sub-bass quality and depth are both noticeably worse than Byrons - treble though well extended (for the price) is not of particularly good 'quality', it's generally splashy (not tight, not liquidy) and can be occasionally sibilant as well - you'll need to shuffle between ear tips to get a good seal. None did a great job for me in terms of passive noise cancellation If you've got any of the HTC buds (from HTC10 upwards) or say, one from the Lumia 1020. You WILL be disappointed. Not because they are decidedly worse but because they aren't much of an upgrade for many genres of music. Overall a good, safe choice. But don't expect it to WoW you unless you're coming from really crappy in-box buds or other overly bassy, bloated mess from Beats, Boat, Sony etc.

Best for the price BUT Build Quality 👎
These earphones are probably the best at this price range or even below ₹ 10,000. Bass is crisp and not thumping (these are not for bass heads). Vocal clarity and Instrument separation are wonderful. Sound detail is almost perfect. This is the best for anything other than Bass heavy listening. But the build quality is below average. The wire and jack are good quality but the ear plugs are poor and are made from cheap plastic. Dropped three or four times on a hard surface, they would break. (My personal experience - I pulled them from my ears with a slight harsh pull and they fell on to the floor. This happened for the third time and the right ear plug broke exposing the driver inside. I am unable to fix it). So be very careful if you buy these. Use them very gently and place them on hard surfaces softly. 👍

A VERY HONEST & DETAILED REVIEW FOR SoundMagic E10C, Hence must read before you buy this !!! (*Pictures Attached)
Very first lemme tell you all that I am writing this review after 5 days of usage. In this package you will get ➼ Earphone, Bill which you can use for Warranty, 5 Sized ear buds (Medium sized ear bud is attached in earphone), Wire Clip, An Extra Extension Jack with Dual Headphones connectivity facility & A square shaped pouch. The SoundMagic E10C in-ear headphone is really Awesome with its powerful True Bass. Pros : 1. It has Deep Bass with SoundMagic Signature Sound and True Bass technology which is been used in High Quality Woofers/Speakers. (Frequency range: 15Hz~22KHz & Frequency Response: 18Hz – 22000Hz) 2. The quality of structure is really great. It perfectly fits into your ears & Double headed buds are so lightweight and no pain even after three hours. 3. Enjoy your all day music/movies with its silicone ear buds. 4. These lets you hear hard and smooth vocals as if you were standing beside your favourite singer. :) 5. Clean highs and good noise isolation provide ultimate experience. 6. It’s a miracle in science they actually are tangle-resistant, because they are wrapped in some kind of crimped plastic casing. It’s all about the crimp apparently. 7. In-built Mic which you can use for your calls and controlling your music & Yes! the wire clip helps alot to have a crystal clear conversation on call while you're driving car/bike. 8. Call quality of this Mic is Fantastic !!! 9. Earphone is made with such a wonderful material...Which is durable and Unbreakable. 10 Bass, Treble and Vocals are really great in this headphone. 11. Looks is damn Awesome. 12. SoundMagic Logo on both earphones, cable connector and mic make look beautiful and it feels high class. 13. Bonus of this headphones is you no longer need to pray that you put the right earbud in the right ear. Each bud is having a visible print of "L" & "R" sign just beside the Ear Bud for left and right !!! 14. As we all say, Last but not the least :) - The most important & unique quality of this headphones is "It's made up of Gun Metal which is one of the rare quality & class in itself that none of the headphones like Philips, JBL etc don't provide at such a cheap price. Please Note : Gunmetal is resistant to corrosion from steam and salt water hence it keeps the product look "Brand New with Sparkling finish" even after years of use !! Highs and Lows : 10/10 Bass: 10/10 Treble : 10/10 Mic. : 10/10 Thats all I had experienced. Really great and worth buy. I am damn sure that if you buy it you won't regret....Just Go for it. Its really high quality in-ear headphone with cheap price. One thing I want to mention that keep checking 'Today's Deals' and 'Lighting Deals' regularly to get offer on this headphone. ***Specifications: Driver: Dynamic 10mm Neodymium Driver Frequency range: 15Hz~22KHz Impedance: 46 Ohms (+/- 10%) Sensitivity: 100dB/mW @ 1KHz (+/- 2dB) Headphone Design: In-Ear Frequency Response: 18Hz – 22000Hz Microphone: Three Button Microphone Cable length: 1.2 m (3.5ft) Connection: 3.5mm gold plated plug Weight: 15g Cons: 1. The only thing which might disappoint the willing buyer of this headphone is "Currently it is only Available in one colour as shown in the picture". I hope this review helps. Simply.....HEAR THE TRUTH. :)

Best in this price range, better than Apple Earpods (only in terms of sound, lacks durability)
Please read till the very end, there’s something you should know. First of all this is the first time since 2016, I purchased a new earphones. I was used to Apple earpods but recently they started to show their age, so I was looking for a good pair of earphones. All of my points will be in comparison to Apple Earpods (which are itself great IMO). First, let it burn for at-least 20 hours (not in single go). This is true, I have returned it because they were on lightening deal after 3 days of my purchase, So after listening them for 3 days I returned them and ordered again at 1650₹ and difference in sound quality b/w them was evident, so please let it burn. •SOUND QUALITY: E10C sounds bit brighter than Apple Earpods, E10C has better/wider soundstage. I was able to hear new sounds which I didn’t notice was there while I was listening through Apple EarPods. Instrument separation is amazing 👌🏻, these shines at full blast, and don’t have ear fatiguing trebles. •BASS QUALITY: Bass response is amazing but presence is not much prominent compared to Apple Earpods. But I like it that way, bass is controlled that’s why I was able to hear new elements of sound in songs. Bass is enough to keep you engaged but don’t compare them with SONY XB earphones. SONY XB series has very narrow soundstage (Used MDR XB70BT) Bass in XB series is very boomy and here it’s clean and punchy no booming bass. Frequency response is good 15 Hz to 22000 Hz, most earphones ranges between 20 Hz to 20000 Hz. •NOISE ISOLATION: In short it’s great, you can listen at medium volume even in noisy environment. Double cap earbuds are great for high level of noise isolation, but ears start to ache, maybe because I have small ears, and small earbuds are very comfortable but lacks noise isolation. So there’s a trade off. •MICROPHONE: Amazing, same as Apple Earpods (which are considered benchmark when it comes to mic). •IN-LINE REMOTE: Same as Apple Earpods, you can 1. Next/Prev a track 2. Volume up/down 3. Summon Siri (Google assistant too) 4. Pause 5. Seek forward and backward. All of this works on iPhone (without adapter) not sure about Androids. Also works with Laptop (Windows 10). Can play pause music and control Volume. •ACCESSORIES (Reason why they are expensive than CX 275s):- You get plethora of items. 1. 4 to 5 different sized Earbuds 2. Shirt Clip 3. Carrying pouch 4. Audio merger adapter (those who have separate jack for mic and audio will understand) 5. Phone adapter (I don’t know what’s the use of it) Things I liked:- •Its cable is surprisingly weird, they never get tangled, I don’t know why they don’t advertise it as tangle free cable. 🤷🏻♂️ •Build quality is superb (there’s a catch, read till the end :) Things I don’t like:- •Still trying to find 😄 •But if I were to address then, I think their high impedance makes them sound bit quiter, iPhone users will not notice it but I have heard read some reviews on Android especially (Oneplus users) users are noticing it. Bass could have been bit better. Reason for not choosing Sennheisser CX 275s:- Reason why I didn’t go for Sennheisser CX 275s is because that one had limited controls on inline remote, volume control is must for me, that one also has cheap rubbery cable which will eventually tear off like my Apple EarPods did. They also look cheap & are made of plastic. Sennheisser’s CX213 have ear fatiguing treble, you will experience nausea while listening it in full blast (used CX213 & I have heard they are their best offering under 2000₹), so I was sceptical about CX275s, heard lot of ranting about them in reviews. UPDATE (after 1 year of use) :- I am now noticing slight imbalance in the sound, but apart from that nothing else. DURABILITY: I bought it in somewhere around December 2019 and it’s February 2021 and it’s officially dead (left earpiece is sounding very tiny and produces crackling sound whenever there’s bass). Not satisfied with durability and it’s not because I handled it roughly. I always used to store it in case and never for once I put any strain on wires, and there’s also no sign of physical abuse on them. They just start sounding bad one day. Maybe they reached their lifespan and sadly they have warranty of only 1 year. So I can not recommend you to go for these.

Adds Clarity to the music
My journey for good headphone started when I was mesmerized by the output of Sennheiser CX 180 Street II In-Ear Headphone (Black) . The sound was great and quality of the product was good. I lost it in transit. As a replacement I got JBL Inspire 300 YB Noise Isolating In-Ear Sports Headphones (Red/Black) . The JBL 300 was better than CX 180. Liked its design for ear buds and it snuggled into my ears perfectly. Bass and treble were appropriate. The build quality was awesome that it withstood a round of washing when it was accidentally washed with the pants. This is till going strong but the rough use resulted in insulation being torn and wires exposed. So, I opted Sennheiser CX 275 S In -Ear Universal Mobile Headphone With Mic (Black) . This was a huge disappoint for me as the expectation from CX 180 was high. The Mid and highs were good but Bass was not low compared to my liking (I am not a bass head). Finally after reviewing multiple options I choose SoundMagic E10C. This product blew my mind and hands down beats all the headphones I listened. Amazing Clarity, right levels. I started observing instruments sounding with clarity and can listen to all the instruments in song with precision. Started appreciating and enjoying the music more. This comes with 6 ear tips and wire seems to be rugged in initial uses. So my ranking goes as below 1. SoundMagic E10c 2. JBL 300 3. Sennheiser CX 180 4. Sennheiser CX 275

Worth the money.
I've been using these for three months. These earphones have a great sound profile. The bass and treble aren't overpowering like they are in a lot of earphones that try to sound more expensive than they are. This one has nicely balanced mids. You might want to turn the bass up in an equaliser if you want. The treble is one of my favourite parts about this, cymbals always sound so crisp and pleasant. The design is quite nice and the gunmetal looks really good, although it makes them heavier so they're likely to slip out. You can use the provided clip to attach them to your shirt, though. The cable is a little too shiny for my liking but that's the only part of the package that's not aesthetically pleasing. The remote/microphone is very well machined and functions perfectly well. The sound quality is great and it doesn't pick up stray noise. The package also had connectors to split the mic and earphones so you can plug this into a computer that doesn't have a combined port. That's quite a nice touch. It also has a couple of other connectors but I haven't used them. The case provided looks damn nice and does its job well. If you think you're ready to step above the sub-1500₹ price range, I think these are a great starter pair. Amazon's delivery was prompt, although for some reason the delivery people are reluctant to come all the way to your doorstep these days.

Disappointing when compared to my previous sennheiser cx180
I previously used sennheiser cx 180 street ii and I loved those headphones. They had the right amount of bass and great clarity and was fantastic to listen to edm and alternative rock music which are my favourite genres. But unfortunately i lost them. I did a lot of research on which headphones were the best in my budget before buying these headphones. There were many good reviews about these earphones, although some did say the bass was a little lacking (should have listened then ☹️). I decided to try my luck and bought these. They arrived within 5 days of ordering but the packaging was a bit damaged although there wasn't any damage to the product (i think so.. time will tell 😕..). All the mentioned accessories were there. At the time of writing I have used these for a month. The build quality seems alright. I didn't find the design very aesthetically pleasing but i give more importance to the sound and durability when buying earphones so i didn't factor in the design. The speakers have aluminium housing and the wires are braided but still a bit thin, they don't seem to be very tough. The jack is angled but it's almost the same as an L-shaped jack. The mic works well and the 3 button control works with my android moto g4 plus, although the + and - can only be used for volume control. They can't be configured to change tracks since the newer android version prevents it 😠. The buttons are a bit difficult to use especially since they're depressed in and completely flat. A bit of contouring might have helped. I personally don't use it much and use the volume buttons on my phone. The earbuds aren't angled so you need to look to put in the correct side, a major annoyance when using in the dark. The cable is more than adequately long. It doesn't weigh much either. Different people have different ears and different tastes in music and the way they like that music delivered. This is my opinion and I am a guy who likes mainly edm (chainsmokers, alan walker, david guetta, martin garrix etc) and alternative rock (linkin park, imagine dragons, blink-182, fall out boy etc) as i said before. These music require a decent amount of bass to feel good but the e10c doesn't deliver enough. The bass is not sufficient. Most headphones have 16 ohm impedance but these have higher impedance so you might need to increase the volume more than you normally do to be loud and clear enough. I used only 60-70% volume with my cx180 but with these i need 90-100% to be loud enough, sometimes even then it doesn't feel sufficient. The clarity is good when there aren't many heavy instruments playing and vocals are quite good. But when listening to songs with many instruments playing in the background, the sound feels crowded, mushy and muddled. You can't differentiate the instruments apart very well. This is especially the case in edm and rock music. The ear tips aren't that good, my ears start getting uncomfortably warm after extended use. Normally for me the medium size was the best fit with previous headphones. With these I initially used the larger tips in hopes of improving the bass by getting a better seal. It didn't make the bass feel better a but i felt a pressure building up in my ears when listening to bass rich music and it hurt my ears so i switched to medium size which were more comfortable for long use. So if your a person like me who likes to feel the bass when the song wants you to, likes good clarity and enjoys listening to good songs from different genres, then i wouldn't recommend you to buy these if you don't want to compromise on the bass (btw, i don't like an overpowering bass that muddies up all the other notes, some headphones do that and they're suitable only for bass-centric music and not for other genres). If you're a basshead then definitely steer clear of these, you'll be utterly disappointed. If you listen mainly to classical, soul etc and like vocals to be well heard, then these might be good for you. And if you're someone who is already using full volume with 16 ohm headphones, these will not give you enough volume. If you've used the cx180 before then I'll tell you the e10c doesn't have as much bass as they do. If you found the bass on the cx180 to be too much (i find that highly unlikely) then you might like these. Hope this review helps you, and like i said before, not everyone will have the same opinion as me since different people have different ears and tastes. It all comes down to individual preferences. If you really want to know if these earphones will suit you then you should try them out if you can before buying them, if a friend has it or its available to try out at a nearby electronic store. Unfortunately i didn't i have any such opportunity to try it out before purchasing, otherwise i might have bought something else, probably the sennheiser cx275.

Excellent value earbuds
Very happy with the E10C so far! Much better bass response than I expected from a tiny earbud. Nice quality build, the cable is thin but lightweight and feels durable. Remote works very well for volume, music pausing and track changing, Google Assistant, all on my android (G6) and the mic sounds surprisingly good. Would like if there was a bit more treble in the sound. Would certainly recommend this product to family and friends. Sound profile is based focused but still has good details. Nice formthe gym but not a critical listening earbud. Good consumer style enjoyment audio. Better than other earbuds in the price range I have tried. Also better than my Shure SE 315 for general listening and the gym. Sounds very good with rap/hiphop, and bass heavy music. Good with indie and acoustic music, not as good with rock and metal.

dobre sluchawki w dobrej cenie
Słucham głównie rocka i metalu, sluchawki świetnie się sprawdzają do takiej muzyki, są raczej basowe, pełne brzmienie, czadowe. Minusy? Scena jest dosyć wąska.

Ottimo prodotto. Elegante e completo
