Have used many probiotics till date. This one is average one not very good but it works.

It is a superb product with adequate number of CFU ( colony forming units). This product with long term use will make you feel 1. healthy 2. happy 3. stress free 4. higher immunity 5. better digestive health 6. more absorption of nutrition from food 7. will prevent multiplication of pathogenic bacteria in gut 8. prevent free radical damage 9. internally synthesis B complex vitamins . I recommend everybody to have 2 capsules daily for as long as desired. Remember, if you stop, it is back to square one, since the probiotic bactieria are transient migrants of the gut and will be wasehed away in 48 hours. Not Value For Money But Acceptable Quality.
Product Is Just Average With Only 4 Probiotic And 1 Prebiotic Strain. Other Brands Are Giving 14-16 Probiotic Strains In Same Or Little Higher Price. And Seller Cloudtail What To Say About Them Always A Third Class Dirty Packaging With No Bubble Wrap Or Any Sealed Tape Protection.
