Hethstia Konjac Rice, 12 Packs Low Carb Shirataki Rice, Keto, Vegan

I am recommending this Konjac rice to all of my diabetic friends. It is my understanding that it has a low glycemic index and low calories. I emphasize that the dry-frying ahead is critically important. It does have a different chew but in the rice form you hardly can tell. As for taste and smell, I rinse it before the dry-fry and I cannot taste or smell it. I have used this Konjac or Shirataki in many forms — I love it and it is quite filling.

I have been dieting for 6 months. I lost 56 lbs so far. The Konjac pasta and rice products allow me to eat the foods I crave without spiking my blood sugar or heavy calorie load. I owe my success to Konjac rice. The only difference I have noticed is that the Konjac products don't absorb liquid like rice or pasta. So, you may want to decrease amount of liquid in your recipe.

A little odd texture sort of like the stuff in boba tea. But, I made a great anti-inflammatory sauce and this was perfect especially since I'm cutting out carbs.

I would rather buy the miracle brand, but this one came up. They seem like a OK deal. Unfortunately the package contains 12 very small containers. Not the normal size containers they’re much smaller than average. Just keep that in mind that this is not a lot of food for the money. Taste was fine. I cooked it as fried rice with a lot of flavor. Texture was very good. Added another star.

Really easy to prepare and tastes great with different meals. I love having this as a lighter alternative to regular rice.

This is like gelatin in rice form. Does not taste good. Does not have the same texture as rice. So disappointed
