Easy of use
It's excellent to administer through sub lingual spare. It avoids constipation which happens, when take oral iron tablets.

Great if you are iron intolerant!
Just a couple of sprays inside your mouth and doesn’t have a bad effect on your stomach like taking iron tablets!

Handy size iron spray
Easy to use spray for fast absorbtion.Handy to keep on you or take with you.Good size portable bottle..The only thing I'm not happy with is that water, humectant and xylitol (sweetener), are the main first ingredients, before the actual vitamins. No effects after taking, but I always ensure to take after eating, just in case. Will see how this goes as only just started this spray.I suffer from bad fatigue, and had been taking a tablet which has not been that good. But this direct spray does already seem more effective and seems to be helping me regain energy.

Taste is a bit difficult but there is a problem with the nozzle.
After a few days of use the nozzle clogs and you can not use it any more.

Arrived quickly which is always good
Easy to use and hopefully works, though I’ve not used it long enough to know for sure

Slightly pricey but good
For a spray bottle, £20 is a little bit on the steep side but it is convenient and I think it's better to absorb iron in the mouth rather than having it go into the stomach which might be problematic potentially. It contains B6 and B12 which are useful cofactors. Not sure why it contains the EDTA salt or iron, I'd have thought this would be hard to assimilate. But it does contain ferric ammonium citrate too - I'm not sure why there is ammonium in it either thought to be honest.

Appalling flavour
I have taken iron regularly since I had my children. Having used a similar iron spray in the past, I thought I would give NutriStella Iron Spray a try. I was particularly attracted to its high bioavailability and good flavour, which are important to me.I cannot attest to the bioavailability because I have not taken it for very long; the reason for this is that the flavour is appalling. I am aware that many iron supplements do not have a particularly palatable taste. However, this is by far the worst I have come across.Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this product.

Easy to take
This little iron spray bottle is easy to take. My stomach is sensitive for iron tablets so I thought to try these. Taste is fine and quick absorption. It didn’t hurt or irritate my stomach so I am happy with it.
