they came as advertised, I had 2 full alphabet sets of letters, and none of them busted.

I only got 24 letters. Im missing the O and the B which are two letters I needed the most very upsetting

These are nicely made foil balloons. They were perfect for my son's birthday celebration. I had enough letters to spell out his name. The color was a nice shiny, bright gold foil. These were easy to blow up with my hand pump and easy to hang. These balloons lasted a long time.I recommend buying this item.

While these are advertised as 16” letters keep in mind that they are measuring the balloons uninflated and including the valve in the measurement. Once you inflate the balloons they are 13” not including the valve.

These balloons complimented my sister's gift table. We customized her name using the balloons. They blew up easily and stayed inflated for the duration of the party.

Glad I ordered an extra set because quite a few of the letters had holes in them and they wouldn’t blow up.

Terrible quality and it was missing half of the letters so I had to do initials instead of the whole word. 1 of the 2 letters I used popped after an hour. Don’t buy.
