I read so many reviews on the sizing etc. and was pretty confused as I usually take a size 4 English 37continental but my foot is not really narrow but I suppose you could call it slender so do I order narrow or regular. I eventually followed previous reviews advise and ordered a size 36R fully expecting to have to return them for a larger size.
