Heating Patches for Period Cramps, Teens & Women – 9 Count

I buy these purely because they are cute and GREAT QUALITY. These are more expensive than many others, but they are thick, long lasting, and heat better than any other brand I have tried! Plus each pad had an adorable little motivational quote. These aren't just for teens! I'm a grown woman and love them! The heat is unbeatable and the staying power is great. They stay in place and are standard size. They stick and haven't irritated my skin, but peeling off sometimes can be a bit tricky with all adhesives. These are genuinely my favorite type of pad.

Freaking love these things. My period cramps are JUST bad enough to be super annoying and I use these with the always period underwear and they stick all day and really do stay warm. Very comforting and easy to use.

Absolutely love these. As an adult, I really wish they had these when I was a teen growing up. They heat up very quickly, last for many hours (6-8) and I also use them for when I have back pains as well. I like that they stick to your clothes and you can even fall asleep with it on without any worries. Great for when I'm at work and having cramps or out in public. Nobody can even tell I'm wearing them. Once my daughter hits this stage in life, I'll be buying them for her too.

I love the idea, but if you get bad cramps this doesn't get even remotely hot enough to help. It was used by myself and my 16 year old niece. If they could make it get a bit hotter it would be a fantastic idea.

These are great but essentially could buy the handwarmers for less cost. We decided to go with a tummy heating pad as the cost of these was a lot.
