These are great, there are grips on the straps which make the hold very sturdy and padding for wrist support. Helps you lift heavier with comfort so you can focus on the muscle group and movement.

As a beginner lifter who likes heavy weights, these are perfect. Secure on the wrists and fantastic grip on the bar. 10 out of 10 recommend 👌

These are great quality, very well made and durable; these will hold up for some time. Thick straps, good rubber grip, adjustable straps, with velcro adhesive. They offer a few color options too, they're very nice. They come with a quick "how to" guide, and L and R indicators! My only complaint would be that mine came used. They're white but have dark black/blue smudges, but I honestly don't mind because that's from lifting with metal (will look like this eventually anyway). I'm sure I can spot clean these too, haven't tried yet (will air dry when I do). I'm sure they'd exchange them if I asked, but I don't mind, so I'm not going to bother (I would if it were a gift). Definitely keeping, as they're totally worth it! Would make an awesome gift to another gym mate! I say go for it!
