The one I am using is my first bottle and today I ordered 2 more bottles. I am a fitness freak and an engineer. I started taking it because of my increased cortisol and headaches. In my first week I was taking 1 tablet just before bed and then from second week onwards I have been taking 2 tablets before bed and man I must say that this is a good product. I don't know what people has given it such bad reviews but here are the benefits which I have seen and these are not just mere slight benefits but drastic benefits. 1. My headaches are gone and I can work for long hours without any stress 2. The best benefit I have seen is that I can workout like crazy.....which I think is a result of my increased testosterone boost. This is my honest review of this product. With price as low....I don;t think you should think trying it atleast once. Take it before bed. You should see the benefits from second/third week onwards.

I bought this because it's much cheaper than Himalaya Ashwagandha tablets in terms of rupees per gram of herb content. Unfortunately, while It has a similar effect, the quality is much lower than that of Himalaya Ashwagandha. Avoid. I'm going to stick with Himalaya now on.

This ashwagandha is not effective, tablets are awful seems very low quality meaningless thing. Finished one bottle and felt nearly no relief Don’t waste your money they are selling pack of three just to fool us and sell of 3 packs. Go with any other My choice organic India bought this just for discount.

The product is great. From day one it gave me results. I got sound sleep and could wake up fresh. I started taking one in morning and one in night but i felt sleepy during day ,so now i take two in night. It has peculiar smell like horse, hence its name is ashwgandha. - smell like horse. It is supposed to give stamina and virility like a horse ! It helped me in getting easy motion in morning. I recommend it.

Great product at a very low price point. you will get 120 capsules of 850 mg ashwagandha extract at a unbelievably low price. i m taking 2 caps a day 1 in the moring and one in the night and the results are awsome. A great stress reliever will boost your testosterone effectively you will feel much energetic throughout the day. if you want to try ashwagandha definately go for this.
