Worth the Price and Easy to Use
I’ve been using this vacuum regularly and it has made cleaning so much easier. It vacuums and mops at the same time, which saves a lot of time, especially with pets and everyday messes. I like that it’s cordless and easy to move around the house. The edge cleaning works really well along walls and corners, and the floors dry pretty quickly after using it. The dirty water tank is easy to empty and clean, and the self-cleaning feature is super convenient. Battery life has been good for my daily cleaning needs. Overall, it feels powerful, simple to use, and definitely worth it for keeping floors clean with less effort.

Perfect
It is the perfect dual vacuum. It works perfectly on all my floors and picks up my dog’s hair. The 2 speed choice is also a great factor. The size of the vacuum is perfect and light weight and filter cleaning is a breeze.

Stops working completely after a few months
Terrible experience overall. I’ve been using this product since March 2026 and wanted to give it a fair trial before leaving a review. While it performed well at first, the issues quickly outweighed any benefits—and now it won’t even run at all. If you have cats, be aware: you need to vacuum first and empty the debris before using the wash feature. Otherwise, litter mixes with water and turns into a cement-like mess. Not a deal breaker, as I can make the adjustment, but that alone creates more work instead of saving time. The edge-cleaning feature is just okay. The unit is still bulky—more like maneuvering a vacuum than a streamlined floor cleaner—and the technology feels like it needs further improvement. One major issue is how it handles debris. For example, with scratching post remnants, it may initially pick them up, but as you continue moving, the debris trails behind. You end up having to sweep afterward, which completely defeats the purpose. The wash cycle is even more frustrating. It dispenses an excessive amount of water, leaving floors overly wet. Even after going over the same section two or three times, it still doesn’t fully pick up the moisture. If you pause and stand the unit upright, it leaves behind noticeable puddles—actual puddles—of dirty water. In a small apartment, this is especially disappointing and honestly unsanitary. And now, to make matters worse, the unit won’t run at all. It’s stuck on an error message. I looked up the error code online and followed the recommended troubleshooting steps, but the same error continues to appear. At this point, the product is completely unusable. On a positive note, battery life is decent—I can clean my entire space on one charge. But that’s about where the positives end. For comparison, my $55 Shark stick vacuum performs far better and with less hassle. Considering the cost of this product, the performance is unacceptable. Unfortunately, I can’t return it, so I’m out quite a bit of money. It’s disappointing because this product had real potential. As it stands, I would not recommend it. There are definitely better options out there—this one will only leave you frustrated.

Excellent floor cleaner
We just installed new laminate flooring and tore out all of our old carpet. We were looking for something that could both dry vacuum the floors, and mop when needed. It does an excellent job and with ease. The self clean mode is really nice to have. It’s got a nice design, easy to push, and has a lot of power. I’ve used it both for the new flooring as well as on the area rugs in the kitchen. If you’re looking for an easier solution than sweeping and traditional mopping, I’d recommend the Bissell Cross Wave. The only drawback is that per manufacturer instructions and other customer’s feedback, you should only use the Bissell chemicals for the wet mopping. Apparently, using pine sol or other non Bissell products will cause breakdown in some of the equipment. I haven’t personally tested this, but read many reviews that claim that only the Bissell chemicals work properly over time.

A really good 2in1
Update: A few weeks in and it's starting to make a whining/chirring noise when turning left, still works but grating to the ears sadly. This is an amazing vacume with some minor flaws. Cleans great, everything smaller than large dog kibble stands no chance. The mopping feature also cleans very well, even on Spanish tile. Ease of use design, nice compact design, decent size dust tank. Extremely light weight with great movement. Charges relatively quick. The flaws That small compact design means more passes for bigger homes, uneven floors may cause issues with cleaning and passing. The wet tank is pretty small and you'll end up refilling quite often. The self rinse button is in such an inconvenient position I press it often while docking back into charge. Battery life is ok, I need a full charge to vacume then a full charge to mop around 1400 sqft of area ( battery life might be amazing for the small compact design and just a personally gripe 🫣)

This is the one you want
I did tons of research on wet dry mop vacs. The Omniforce edge was the only one with these features all together: Separate dry vacuum mode from the vacuum with wet mode so I can clean up messes that don’t require the wet OR do a quick vacuum before the wet function and get out the debris before it gets yucky wet. Edge cleaning, I did not want to have to use a separate device to clean edges or get on my hands and knees like the last one I had. 10/10 Self cleaning function, it is extremely quick. I run it 3 times before the water is clear, but I also have 2 dogs and a baby so the floors get gross quick. The first time I used this was after a typical floor clean and the water was soooooo disgusting. I ended up cleaning my floors 4 times before the water wasn’t gross. Now it is much easier to maintain. I typically fill up the water twice before dumping the dirty and starting again. It is a sleep design and cordless which is a huge plus to me. I’m amazed at the quality and how easy it is to clean all the parts.

Not worth the money for the price, for me…
Quality: it’s okay. I felt like it didn’t really wash my floors well. The brush wasn’t really spinning too fast. Storage: the clean water tank runs out quickly. Therefore the dirty water tank fills up quickly too. And the cleaning solution that they sent is literally a sample, and was done by the time I used the machine twice. Approximately 1/3 of the solution was used per clean water tank so you would need to purchase a significant amount of the Bissell cleaning solution. Benefit of that is that it’s sold at most Lowe’s and Home Depot stores if you needed it the same day and even on Amazon for next day delivery. Cord length: it was cordless. Reach: you cannot use the machine for more than 30 minutes, the battery dies quickly even a brand new machine. And the brush takes a full 24 hours to dry. There is no heat of dry mode. There is a self cleaning mode for the brush, but you have to remove the brush when the self cleaning mode is done and let it dry on room air. Which took at least one day. You can reuse the brush again if you’re gonna continue mopping. But if you were going to do regular vacuum or if you needed to do regular vacuum, the mop is gonna be wet. Which I didn’t like.

Loyal Bissell users
We are loyal Bissell users. I mean we have a big carpet cleaner, the handheld vacuum cleaner, a stick vacuum, a large floor vacuum, little green machine, and the original crosswave. When we saw this machine was released we decided to get it as well. Two years ago we had our dingy carpets removed and had LVP installed. The manufacturer does not recommend super wet mops or anything with scrubbing bristles. On our old machine we used the wood roller. We thought our floors were getting clean but with this machine they sparkle. We purchased this machine because it had new features: A swivel - this is a game changer. A wider path - cuts cleaning time. Lasting battery - we get about 30 minutes of continuous use. About 25 if using turbo mode. Edge cleaning - get up against baseboards One multiuse roller that is soft so no floor warranty worries. It is super versatile as we use on Saltillo and LVP. It is lightweight but very sturdy It is self cleaning so no stinky rollers or tanks. And the Bonus- it communicates with you. Lights and chimes let you know if your tank is full or you are running out of clean water. If you need this type of machine you really cannot go wrong with this omniforce crosswave.
