This is a very good product and performs well for my needs. I have a 200 sq. ft. room connected to a hall, and the cooler is able to cool the space effectively in a short amount of time. The cooling performance is quite impressive, provided you maintain proper ventilation. For best results, keep the cooler near an open window so it can draw in fresh air, and ensure there is a small outlet for air to exit the room. This airflow setup makes a big difference in cooling efficiency.

Best product for cooling, air flow is good, better cooler for low budget and large room. Water Drainage is not available when water tank over flow, water level check is small size, used low quality material in swing blad.

Love this air cooler. Purchased it last year and still going on fine. Although its a little loud but it does it job perfectly. It has different settings for swing and fan speed too.

Was excited to purchase this but very similar to few people's comments here, even my motor stopped working after a few days without even me realising it. And after almost a month when it seems a bit fishy cz it was throwing hot Air, I thought of checking it and yes, the motor is working but there is no water supply to the honeycomb pads. Also, I noticed a piece of those strings fallen into the water inside the tank which means that it might have fallen from some or the other part inside.. I have sent a service request, hoping to hear back soon. But I am disappointed with the fact that it's a brand new product and it's not just me who is facing this issue. Is this the reason of just 10 days replacement? I will still prefer to just return it after all this chaos and disappointment. Getting a new product and then servicing it in the very first month is quite unexpected. I think it would have been better to have purchased it from the offline store. UPDATE - The guy came and said that the pipe was not attached to the motor and there were 2 fittings (screw like thing) which were just lying inside the cooler, hence, there was no waterflow. For one of the screw-like thing, he said that it's not a part of the cooler. I wonder from where is it then and why is it inside the cooler then!!! He advised not to order such appliances online to avoid damages while in transit. I expected that the issue was resolved. However, just after 6 days, the water flow stopped again and thee same guy was assigned to visit and check wherein he said that the pipe came off again. When I inquired about it, he said that he didn't use the screw-like thing for it's fitting, he just pushed and connected the pipe with the motor (without any support). The response was so unexpected as he is the person who should do it in the very first go and not wait for the ultime next time. However, he fitted it in and we were good to go (22nd April) Now again (11th May) , the water flow has stopped, we are assuming that the pipe might have come off again. I reached out to the same person directly this time, he mentioned that he will have to get it fit again inside the motor. I investigated as this was already done the last time to which he answered that the hook (screw-like thing) was loose. And he can't come today/tomorrow but directly on Saturday. I am so pissed off and I would love to return the damn product. This is the 4th time in less than 2 months. How pathetic is the service guy who knew that the hook was loose and still chose to not do anything about it!!! It's such a pathetic experience to keep on doing this after every 2 weeks. Purchasing a complete new product and watching the service guy removing multiple parts off from the cooler is so disappointing, not just once.. It's just a continuous process now in this scorching heat. This is complete disappointment!

Great air delivery, but lacks basic design features ​I’ve been using the Crompton Ozone 75 for a while now, and it’s a bit of a mixed bag. Here is a breakdown of my experience: ​The Good: ​Air Delivery: The air pressure is impressive. It cools the room effectively and has a powerful throw, which is exactly what you want from a desert cooler. ​Overall Cooling: Despite its flaws, it does a "very good" job of lowering the temperature. ​The Bad: ​Build Quality: The plastic quality feels below average and a bit flimsy for a cooler of this size. ​Mobility: The roller wheels are not smooth at all. It’s quite a struggle to move the unit around when it's full. ​Missing Essentials: There is no Auto Refill option, which is a major inconvenience. Also, it surprisingly lacks a flap adjuster—this is a necessary feature for directing airflow that really should have been included. ​Design Flaws: The water inlet is way too small, making it difficult to fill. The Ice Chamber is essentially useless and doesn't seem to make a noticeable difference in cooling. ​Verdict: If you only care about strong air pressure, this does the job. However, the lack of an auto-fill, poor wheels, and missing airflow adjusters make it feel like an incomplete product for the price. Terrible delivery experience—unprofessional and delayed ​I am extremely disappointed with this delivery. I placed my order on 27 April 2026, but it didn't arrive until 5 May 2026, which is far too late. ​To make matters worse, the delivery person was incredibly unprofessional. He refused to bring the parcel up to the 4th floor, telling me I had to come down to the tempo to collect it myself. When I asked him to deliver it to my door, he literally said, "It’s not my job to deliver to your floor." ​The lack of basic service and the rude attitude are unacceptable. If I’m paying for delivery, it should be to my doorstep, not to the street. Amazon needs to address this.

It is a proper workhorse. I have been using it for little over three years. I thought I wrote a review earlier, but since I haven't and I am going to buy a second one, I thought I should. What you need to know: 1. It is pretty rugged - except that water filling flip cap - that broke - well, I did let a 20-litre water bubble slip from my hand and it landed on the flap, but it broke nonetheless. 2. You can leave it on and forget about it, except for filling up the tank - if you are able to connect a hose behind, perfect - you don't need to bother about that either. 3. The water inlet pipe is weird - i wish they gave it a normal half inch thread so normal pipes can screw in - but no. That's a bother. Well, it's a nice little exercise carrying 5-litre bottles and pouring them in. It's 75 litres, so it will take a few trips (more than 15 although math would say it's 15 times 5 litres) 4. The little plug at the bottom is a pain if you lose it. I'd find a way to tie a thread to it and fasten it to the cooler body. I misplaced it a few times and it was absolute hell trying to find it - it's minuscule and white. 5. It'll happily run on an inverter, being just 190 watts. 6. Use it at low speed for better cooling. The ice chamber is too small to be of any use. 7. The wire is surprisingly short for a cooler of its size. If I were able to, I would put a 3 to 5 metre wire for good measure. 8. The casters are not exactly great, but they're not "designed" for moving the cooler with the tank full - that's stupid if you ask me, but then again. The locking system is also pretty flimsy - it broke within the first year and a half - no complaints, really, but it's a point to note. There really isn't any replacement that will actually fit the screws - you may have to take them out and fabricate a stand with proper 4" casters. 9. It is heavy - weighs little over 15 kilos empty, and 90+ when full. IT IS NOT EASY TO MOVE! 10. If you use tap water, you'll find the typical musty swamp smell after a few days of use. Don't bother with anything fancy - dump some floor cleaner concentrate in it. That usually takes care of it. Also, you will need to add a descaler once in a while. Ideally, empty the water, pour some Harpic onto the bottom and brush the dirt and grime, rinse a few times, and then fill it half, add descaler, and let the pump run for a few hours, drain it, and rinse again before using. Doing this will prevent the little holes that deliver the water to the different regions of the wet pads from clogging up - if they do, it's a pain to clean them even with a descaler.

The Crompton Ozone 75L is a solid choice that effectively cools a room within about an hour. While it can be a bit noisy and requires 2- 3days water changes to prevent odors or else bad smell will come, it remains a reliable and easy-to-use option for managing the heat.
