HiiFeuer Medieval Faux Leather Back Sword Frog, Vintage Adjustable Sword Holster, Middle Ages Back Sword Sheath Holster

This sword holster (sheath) worked very well for my needs. While I loved to wield a sword in my younger years, it works great for my use as parasol holder when I go on hikes in my retired years. It has barely a 3" diameter across interior and can fit a medium sized sword. The two ornate buckles and details are really beautiful and appear like real leather even though they are synthetic. Someone said it looks and feels like real leather - and it does! But the seller reveals it is synthetic. It has a rich "leather" smell. If it IS leather, I'll change my review on this regard. I am small, 5'1" tall. Fortunately I didn't have to punch any more holes in the harness fittings and pulled every strap to its tightest. The harness stayed put all during my hikes and the parasol stayed put without slipping. The straps can extend to a very large size (as seen in other customer photos) but it can also fit a small person like me with room to make more holes if necessary. For $20, it was a fair deal because I put this harness to good use and it looks beautiful and decently made. Maybe I'll buy a sword to go with it..... And bring back some of my martial arts and Ren fair memories again...

Looks amazing and fits all three swords that I've tried to put in it. Can be a bit of a struggle to get on by yourself, but way more than worth it once you do. Went with a Renfaire outfit. Well worth it, seems to be built very well.

It’s nice for it not being real leather. Great look. Doesn’t hold up so good on very heavy swords.

Im very impressed, especially for the price. The material looks like leather and the buckles are good quality. Very adjustable for different chest size. I'm 44 inch bust and have plenty of room.

A little complicated to get on and off, and a huge challenge to put a sword in and take out. Love the look of the buckle though.

When I first opened it up, I was immediately hit with the smell of genuine leather. It’s sturdy, able to hold my heavy broadsword without give. With how it sits, it’s comfortable for long term wear and with a sword on the back you can hardly feel the extra weight. The ornamental buckles are beautifully made and there are carvings in the belt that are lost in the dark picture. You could find this at the Renaissance festival for $75, it’s amazing quality for $22. It’s a little confusing to put on and I am a woman so the fit doesn’t sit correctly on my body but with how it’s built, it can accommodate that just fine and bend to where it’s needed for a secure and snug fit. I bought this shoulder frog to hold my Kit Rae Mithrodin: Dark Edition Fantasy Sword stainless steel blade. It has a heavy dual handed handle, and other shoulder frogs couldn’t hold it upright. This worked great for carrying the blade, although I cannot draw the sword once buckled in (due to the sword’s shape, not the holster). Rivets are solid, and the leather is soft enough to mold to the shape needed yet firm enough to hold well. Buckles are good quality too. Definitely recommend.

I’m using it to hold a faux axe for my costume and it works perfectly.

E' piaciuta molto a mio figlio, che la usera' per carnevale per vestirsi da Link di Zelda. E' ben fatta ed e' regolabile , e' comoda torna bene dietro la schiena . Ci e' piaciuta nel colore marrone perche' risalta quel decoro nero......sembra davvero medievale antica, davvero bella e ben fatta.

This is actually pretty decent. I'm using it for a cosplay and it looks great! It holds my giant foam sword perfectly.
