This pump is very quiet and kicks only when needed. It cam be used to hookup multiple items at one time like toilet, i think for the price with everything you can hook up and still not be annoyed by the pump kicking on , its worth it. Super easy to install and directions are clear and easy to understand.

I purchased this item back in May of this year. I just installed it today. As of today, it is a 5 star rating, the pump cycles on fast enough to drain my 10 in deep utility sink, as the washer discharges at 15-20 gallons per minute (on deep wash cycle). Day one and I am impressed, will update accordingly. I did purchase the warranty just in case. Update. On 11/2/25 the pump did not cycle on to drain the utility sink. It has happened twice today. I thought maybe it was a fluke. It might be an issue with the pump. I will update when I figure out what it could be. Pump has a mind of its own. Turns on and off at its leisure. The manual trigger for discharge doesn’t work. I initially ordered another unit as I have modified the PVC piping to accommodate this pump from the utility sink, but decided to cancel it as Asurion protection plan gave me a hard time. The seller did offer to send a replacement free of charge. I will update this review when there is a resolution.

Installed this pump last weekend on a new Build outdoor sunroom/laudry area connected to the main house and it’s been working great. It handles the toilet and sink without any issues and runs quieter than I expected. The multiple inlets made it flexible for my layout, and setup was straightforward, The connectors are hard rubber, It feels solid and powerful, and it does exactly what it’s supposed to do. Very satisfied with the performance.

Works as intended, although the rubber connections are not that user friendly to install and to retrofit your piping to.

I bought this kitchen pump for a kitchen remodel and it works exactly like it should. It is durable and value for money. Totally recommend it if you need a small pump for your sink.

Great customer service from the US distributor, which is critical because I'm not convinced of the mechanical quality of the pump. The first two failed within a few minutes of use. They replaced them quickly and without hassle. The third pump has been working well.

A los 2 meses de funcionamiento, la bomba pierde potencia y no logra desalojar el agua. He tratado por varios medios contactar al proveedor para que me den soporte y nadie me atiende. No es posible que ofrezcan un producto y no den ningún tipo de soporte a los clientes. Por supuesto que no recomiendo este producto.
