These appear to be a very high quality product, well sourced. I noticed they also have a little vitamin D, and vitamin A, probably to help absorption. I do better swallowing 3 small gel caps, then one big one, which encourages me to take them daily as I should.

I always take cod liver oil. No fishy taste. It’s effective. It’s a large, good size for your money. It’s easy to use.

One more supplement to keep those joints oiled, your blood moving, and your immune system happy. Many people prefer Omega Fish Oil, instead. This is the same idea, but Cod Liver Oil, is generally fresher than the processed, esterified, Fish oil. Cod Liver Oil has the Natural ratio of DHA and EPA and is filtered, but otherwise minimally processed. No preservatives, so keep it in the refrigerator after opening it to slow oxidation. Carlyle has a lot of buying power (compared to small, boutique, companies) and usually is a better value.

Good quality item, a great way to get your vitamins A and D. Make sure you take vitamin K2 with it to keep calcium directed to your bones and not soft tissues. This product swallow easy, and doesn't produce any fish aftertaste. It has no smell when you open the bottle. I take it to protect my night vision. I am sure you will like this.

I've been taking these about 3 weeks as of this writing and I actually can say I feel better. Have not affected my blood pressure but I do "feel" better and am more alert. Maybe our grandparents were onto something with the old "pinch your nose shut and force a spoonful of cod liver oil down your throat" approach. But unlike the old days, these have no taste, do not make me "burp" or any other side effect. I plan on continuing to take these.

I prefer to take there oil in liquid form but that is not always possible when you are travelling. These gels are perfect if you are on the move.

I find this cod liver oil to be the best for me
