Columbia Men's Crestwood Mid Waterproof Hiking Shoe

I purchased these boots back in 2002.Have hiked all over North Carolina all over South Florida fishing hunting. I mow the grass in these boots.I’ve had them soaking wet. I’ve had them covered in mud. One was even run over by a four wheeler.They are still just as comfortable now as they were if not more comfortable, they are durable and they are waterproof.The only thing I changed is, I covered mine with polyurethane, boot spray just for extra water security.Don’t hesitate definitely purchase these boots. It’s been many years and they’re still going strong.

These are awesome looking, comfortable errand running or hiking shoes. I needed a pair that I could use for everyday wear and tasks. They fit the bill perfectly. They are comfortable, well-made, have great support, and the hooks for the laces are a nice touch.I'd say these shoes are especially good for cooler weather and the fall season. They can be quite warm with thick socks.Only suggestion is you order .5 to 1 size bigger than you think you need. Mine are slightly snug, but nothing to cry home about. I'm keeping these - they're really good!

These are very nice hiking boots by Columbia. They’re good quality. The only reason we returned them was because they were too narrow and he couldn’t get his feet in them

I wear a size 12, but this size 12 is just a little bit tight. Still wearable, nicely constructed and comfortable except just a bit tight. The company does not make a 12 1/2 and I felt a 13 would be to large.

I like Columbia hiking boots and have been buying them for several years. They are very comfortable and use them daily for work mostly walking around, not hiking. The only issue I have with them is they wear out on the outside near the toe and tear apart after about 6 months of wear, while the rest of the shoe is still in good condition. It is noticeable and have to order new ones when this happens (See pictures from my last two pairs I ordered thru Amazon). I also need wide shoes and Columbia is the best fitting shoe I've found, won't buy any other brand, thought I have tried others.

Did some hiking on the dolomites with it, was very comfortable, bought 1 size up and fits perfectly.

UPDATE 10/5/22: they are still comfortable but they’re already falling apart. Some of the stitching where it should be waterproof has come undone and water has gotten through. There are tiny holes ( pictured). I wear these at least 20 hours a week for work so I am super disappointed in the quality.Original review 7/12/22: I got these in men’s size because I’ve noticed they’re typically wider than women’s sizes (even wide sizes!) and they fit perfect. For reference I’m typically a 11 or 11.5 in womens and I got these in a 9.5. Fit wonderfully even with my orthotic inserts and my heel lift in one of them. Waterproof and great quality. The last pair of boots I owned were Asolo. They fell apart within a year (I work on a farm) and took over 5 months to break in. These boots didn’t need any break in period.. they are that comfy. Hoping they last me a year or two!

Is this for man or woman. Confusing. It so narrow for man 11.5 size.I would say even narrow for me, but I would say it is comfortable walking if the fit was right.
