I have written only a few reviews for Amazon purchases and I purchase allot on here. I just had to review this for what this does for me. A few years ago I started to have debilitating muscle and joint pain that were most likely the result of menopause. I will be 60 yrs old in a few. Months I started taking these and indeed they helped tremendously. I have this on my subscribe and save so i get a discount but i still hate paying so much for these, ive been trying to change other things, other collagen supplements, dietary changes, etc...so last week i reduced or eliminated my daily dose...and the other day i was in brutal pain in hips, butt, legs, elbows, knees and ankles... severe burning almost like muscle fatique pain but with more burning and much more intense. I started taking the full dose again and today i am in significantly less pain. These are a staple for me. (This was the second time I tried to go without these and same result both times). I only wish they were less expensive, but reducing and eliminating that kind of pain...worth it.

I have used a variety of joint health supplements for years. I was starting to have consistent issues again with my knees. I decided to try this supplement about 3 months ago. It has really helped. As happens with this type of supplement, it took a while for me to start to feel an effect. I would say that at about 2 weeks, I started to have less problems with my knees (e.g., less popping, catching within the joint). It took about a month or 6 weeks before it became quite obvious that there were less problems than before. I don't have my 30 year old knees again but this supplement has helped me.

After 30 days I didn't notice any difference in pain relief. Would keep trying if I noticed any relief but did not.

Seems to help my arthritic knees,felt some relief after 5 days. kind of a high price point.

I have thrown a lot of money at joint products that did not work. This supplement is the delightful exception. By the second day my hip joints stopped hurting when I walked. By the fourth day I was sleeping at night without pain. I'm 67 years old so I imagine that this would work well for just about anyone.

Pricey but seems to be of good quality

I feel the benefits of this supplement and it has truly improved my joint health.

I didn’t see any difference in how I feel
