Quality materials and build
We used this for the first time on a local two mile hike. It was so comfortable for the baby that she fell asleep halfway through! The design is functional and easy to use. The storage capacity holds a lot more than it looks like. We were able to hold all of the baby essentials plus a very large first aid kit. It was light and fit comfortably. It seems to be of very good quality.

Well built and easy to use
My son and daughter-in-law enjoy hiking. They needed a light-weight carrier backpack to bring their 12 month old daughter along for the fun. My son says it's really easy to use. The carrier stays solid on the floor/ground in the upright position for getting their daughter in and out of it. You do have to order the sun shade separately, and it's a good idea to order the rain cover as well if you hike when there's a chance of rain. Everything works great, but more importantly... my granddaughter loves it!!

Light and convenient, no foot rest
I love it, it's super light and goes through small space. The only complain I have is the structure around the feet of the baby is kind of not covered with any soft material. So if the kid is argue and throwing legs, it may hurt them. Also a foot rest would be nice. But I tried other brand, couldn't find a usable foot rest.

Great bag!
Short version, just get it. Being free from the stroller is fantastic. This bag is really well thought out. Taking it on the plane was one of the smartest things we’ve ever done. Baby loves riding in it. It’s super lightweight and very easy to pop baby in.3 downsides- 1. Price (you get what you pay for here)2. The weight of the baby is not tight to your back like a proper framed backpack. This is probably an issue with all baby backpacks.3. Still haven’t figured out how to keep the little guys head from flopping around when he goes to sleep. Not the bags fault. Do they make baby neck pillows?

No sunshade storage.
Unlike on the Poco LT, the sunshade is not included on the SLT. (This is on the fine print when purchasing) After spending $30 on the sunshade we found out that it DOES NOT STORE, in the SLT.This means that you have to install the sunshade at the car and leave it on until you return. On all the other Pocos you can slide the sunshade easily into a zippered pocket. It also means that you will have to keep track of an unattached sunshade when it is not in use. Its just a wildly impractical design choice that is a significant deviation from all the other Poco designs. That the sunshade cannot be stowed was not apparent when purchasing and is not shown in any of the demo versions, but we would have never purchased it knowing this was the case.

A gift for my newborn granddaughter.
This was recommended to be by my son who has 3 young children. So I bought one for my other son who has a 6 month old daughter. He took her on a hike with it and they both loved it. It’s an xlent way to get kids into the outdoors.

It worked but it was a little too small for my 1 year old.
I really wanted to like this baby carrier, but it had a few issues that made it a miss for me. The metal flex compartment for seating my child was confusing to open at first I thought I was going to break it until I realized the rear seat clip needed to be unclipped, which wasn’t clear in the instructions at all. Once I figured it out, I noticed that while the design seemed sturdy, the leg space for my son felt too restricted. Comfort in the crotch area and enough legroom are really important to me, especially since kids can be in carriers for extended periods, and this one just didn’t meet those needs. I’ve tried several carriers, and unfortunately, this one wasn’t the best fit for us.
