Directions on the bottle say to simply mix water with syrup, but there are plenty of other ways to use this versatile liquid. Anyone who eats lamb with mint sauce will appreciate this—it is very similar in flavor.. For that reason, we use this syrup almost exclusively with lamb recipes/sauces/marinades, but it makes a very refreshing drink too. The grape syrup is made in Turkey—I find this 16.9 oz size to be very economical, and it also has a long expiration date.
