So wear ones you can throw away.

This is an amazing product I just finished my first 24 hours I used one suppository when I went to bed and then one when I got up before I went to work. You don't need to worry about the standing just after you insert wipe. You'll be fine or at least I was. I was bleeding into the bowl every time I went to the bathroom after my initial morning trip. But that has stopped. After 24 hours it is stopped and I was bleeding heavily. If I could give this product 10 stores I would. This has been a problem for so long the bleeding the pain I didn't want to have surgery. But so far this is looking like a godsend. I'm going to try the detox tea next. I don't think they sell it on Amazon but I'll find it. No skinny irritation no itching no burning no pain no nothing. I felt nothing after I inserted this product You know it's like I said I haven't seen any side effects and there hasn't been a drop of blood. If you have fissure problems give this stuff a try.
