The first bottle arrived and had a leak so I rang them and they replaced it straight away. The stuff is really good and smells beautiful

I'm terminally ill so haven't choice it looks strong and sturdy.didn't like the nhs commode it's brown in colour and looked tackyso me and my family are pleased with the portable toilet I get to have a little dignity and privately go loo.

Only uses a small amount as it’s super concentrated . The cherry smell works well and is a nice change from the blue chem I used to buy .

I like the biodegradability, smell and waste + rinse water convenience.

I opted for this product because I was tired of measuring out the fluid into a measuring cup with all the mess that entails. This product seemed idea with its unique measuring and dispensing system. The only gripe I have is that once you’ve used around two thirds of the fluid and the bottle now contains two thirds air, the bottle acts like an aneroid barometer so changes in air pressure and temperature push the liquid up into the measuring cup and cause it to overflow and leak out of the bottle whilst in storage. So when you come to used it you find it’s leaked blue liquid all over the cupboard. I don’t want to go back to the old methods so I now store the bottle inside my toilet bowl with the flap open so any leaking fluid goes into the cassette whilst my caravan is in storage

When using the caravan we did struggle to open this bottle as the water seal under the cap made it difficult. Once opened though the scent of the product was amazing and the self measuring feature when used was great ensuring you have the perfect dose each time. Highly recommend this product and would definitely buy again.
