These filters are perfect for the Dockstream water fountains. However, I’m only giving them 4 stars because the small black filters are being cut too small for the pump and I have to use two or it will only float out of the space it sits in on the pump. For sure, there needs to be a bit of quality assurance with the black filters. I’ve been saving the filters that fit correctly and cleaning them for reuse or I’m just going to run out of the black filters before I need the regular filters. Not good!

Expensive but otherwise good. Stretching the two weeks but so far my cats ok with it. Not great the trouble to open and get the used one out but that's a petlibro issue. Fits well

These PETLIBRO replacement filters fit my Dockstream fountain perfectly, and they have made maintenance a lot easier. The PETLIBRO app sends me an alert every two weeks when it is time to replace the filter. When I first started using the fountain, I only refilled water through the top instead of rinsing and filling the water reservoir. After a few days, I noticed the water turning cloudy and stuff floating around the pump. Once I drained everything, cleaned the parts, and refilled from the base, the water has stayed perfectly clear. So, make sure to rinse and refill the bottom, when adding water between cleanings. Here is a brief explanation on how to change the filters: Remove the lid and take out the old filters. Rinse and then soak the new filters in clean water for 5 minutes. During this time, I like to clean the fountain itself. Set the filter inside the compartment so it sits evenly. Reattach the lid and refill the base completely before turning the fountain back on. The wireless pump is also easy to clean. I take it apart to rinse the impeller and housing under warm water, which prevents buildup and keeps it running quietly. The app even reminds me when it is time to clean it. After cleaning or moving the fountain, I recalibrate through the app by running the “empty” and then “full” calibration, so the water-level tracking stays correct. After two weeks of use, I can see light discoloration and trapped debris, but this is proof that they are doing their job. The stainless-steel tray stays much cleaner, and the water flow stays smooth with no splashing or noise. Overall, these official PETLIBRO filters are worth getting. They fit perfectly, prevent buildup, and work seamlessly with the app’s reminders. If you already have the Dockstream fountain, these make upkeep effortless. Just follow the app, change them on schedule, refill from the base, and the water stays clean and fresh.
