This mirror is great. I too had an issue with the LED lights going out. Tried to get to the manufacturer (Haispu) no luck. Went through Amazon (out of the 30 day warranty/return w/Amazon) they connected me with the seller via email and because it was still in warranty with the seller, Planet-EC, they offered a full refund or a replacement. Of course the replacement was my preference. Love this mirror.

We finally decided to get a full length mirror for our room and it is well worth it! We got the 67 x 24 thinking it would be a good size and it is perfect. We actually got have gone a little smaller but it works fine for us. Since it is at an angle, you don't need to base it off your height! We love LED lights as it makes the mirror look even better! It is nice have three different sets of lights! The button to turn on the light is on the mirror which is fine, it would have been nice to have it on the side and not on the mirror. Overall, it is very easy to install and does not take up much space if you plan to use it on the floor. We love it!

My item is defective the LED lights do not function. Attempted to contact product support number listed. - NOT A WORKING NUMBER. I then contacted there support via website. I received a response a few days after requesting information already provided i.e order number, name, etc. They then requested a video showing the defect. I sent the video and they never responded this was 2 months ago. I tried the process again and radio silence. They seem to offer 2 year warranty with no intention of addressing defective product. Now I'm stuck with a mirror with no working LED light (the only reason I purchased the item). I would beware and cautious with this seller. The mirror is nice when it functions but just no if there are issues, the matter or resolution will not be managed appropriately. Product support is not legitimate.

This mirror is a great length, but I do wish I had purchased a taller option. After seeing a friend’s larger mirror, I realized it would have been worth spending a bit more for the bigger size. I do appreciate the lighting features. The mirror offers three different light settings, each of which can be dimmed or brightened. I prefer the warm setting, as it creates a relaxed, cozy vibe in my bedroom, and I sometimes even use it as a nightlight. To be honest, this felt like a bit of an impulse purchase during Black Friday, as I don’t use it very often—it’s mostly just sitting in my room. Perhaps if I hang it on the back of my door, it will be more useful. I’ve had it for a while now and it still works perfectly, so I have no complaints about its functionality. My only preference is the design: I find the rectangular shape a bit rigid, and I would have preferred rounded edges and a little more width. There are similar mirrors on Amazon that I like better.

Great mirror. Just the perfect width and heights for my needs. I like the three different types of light and able to adjust intensity. I attached it to my wall, but prior to doing that I had it on the attached stand.

Fantastic! I was sceptical at first but once I set it up I just fell in love, big is right and seems very strong, the different light levels and color warm/white is a great touch, I did think that the touch button would be annoying but but it's not that distracting, compaird to a cheap mirror theirs no distortion or warping dispite it's size it's crystal clear but bare in mind it is heavy so it might require 2 people but definitely worth every penny

No complaints about product. It’s packed nicely and looking great. Just little big for my room but it’s totally fine. Very important note for Delivery guy who left mirror outside without knowing anyone in the house when specially bell on the door. Anyone can take it if my camera didn’t show me the notification.
